Impossible to use
The old love sac app was great. You could configure your layout on the app and it would tell you exactly what you could or couldn’t do. Now this whole apps purpose is to sell you on some new product and it’s impossible to configure custom builds. Back to trial and error I go configuring my sactional.Show lessJeebus68

Great sound by app stops working
Would give no stars if possible. All of sudden the app just stop working and unable to control and adjust sounds settings. Sad to spend money on this technology that just craps out. Also, has anyone noticed the last time this app was updated?!CDJ417
My first App Store review
I’ve been downloading apps for about a decade and the crappiness of this app has forced me leave my first ever review. The actual gear that they are selling is amazing. The technology that supports it (this app)…. Not so much. The app constantly loses connection and is incredibly difficult to connect. Fix this because I’d hate for this app to ruin an otherwise good sound system.Show lessTrashCanTony

Just like everyone says; The app Works for a few months, stops, and then will never work again. Whatever customized settings you may have had are now stuck, minus whatever you can do with the physical remote, which is about 1/10th as capable as the app. The app hasn’t been updated in over a year at this point. Lovesac had the right idea with the modular couch and stealth sound setup, they just have not been supporting it, which makes it very frustrating and easy to recommend against the entire setup, in fact I just dissuaded two family members from getting a stealth tech setup, solely because this app’s eventual total failure. App completely stopped working
This was amazing while it worked. Then suddenly the app completely stopped responding. My phone is connected via Bluetooth to the Stealthtech but the app will not find it to allow me to customize the settings. I’ve had the speakers for about two months now and everything was working great until yesterday. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as completely disconnecting the entire system and nothing is working. Too bad because the speakers are great. The app is terrible.Show lessC.BLAKE85

It worked great for about a month maybe? Then i came back one day and it couldn’t refresh and couldn’t find the device. I tried deleting the app and resetting my iPhone. Nothing works. When you try and pair with the app, the device just will not pop up. Without the app, you can connect i. Your Bluetooth settings and still use your phone for music, but i can’t see my levels like i used to be able to do with the app. Just the worst…Show lessPuff1010

This is such a cool feature to have, at first I had a few problems with connection but I reached out to the store I bought it from and they talked me thru it. I love the couch it’s so cool for me and my kids to just lounge and experience the movie like we’re at the movies!!yayyyy steal the tech
