Watch was easy to set up, and functions rather well one of the problems I see is when I kayaked for about four hours it logs about 10,000 footsteps thereโs no sport for kayaking it wonโt separate from walking so I have to take it off when I kayak if I want an accurate reading of steps other than that itโs pretty good deal for the moneyShow less1dryfly1

This is my 1st smart watch and I have to say that it is pretty impressive compared to an Apple Watch but for a budget price. The battery life is fantastic, the watch face is nice and big and the app is easy to use. I am very happy with this watch.Cfssufferer
Frustrated
I logged into the app and paired the watch and was receiving the alerts I requested. On day 3, I tried to go into the app to see my info, and it said my device wasnโt registered. I continued to receive alerts for texts and emails.
I also question the quality of the bio settings. Last night I woke around midnight and didnโt sleep again until after 4. I stood 3 times and the watch only registered that I was awake during the first standing time. While awake it registered light sleep and REM.
I think Iโll return this and try a Samsung.Show lessnotlikingApple

Overall the app functions well. It syncs the watch data easily. I was actually surprised how well the sleep tracker works on this.
I do wish there were more options for changing the watch face though. Hopefully the app devs see this and could make that happen?Gsig007
Pretty darn good
The only thing I wish for us maybe some more dial customization options, such as the ability to add more dial data like steps and heart rate and calories on your own backgrounds, change color and font of the numbers, etc. otherwise very cool.8883niceguy
Great Product and value
I have had to watch for about a month now and can only find a couple minor things to complain about which is remarkable for me!!!
App installation and setup was flawless. Lots of data recorded in an easy to read format.
Only complaints are for such a versatile and complex device there is no manual or FAQ on website or device or in the box.
However tech support via email was extremely fast and knowledgeable. Less than 30 minutes response time typically. They provided a 27 page .pdf on request. It is a little simplistic for this complex of device (for example, how does it know you are asleep?)
I hope future software updates include a vibrate feature after device get a valid O2 or heart rate reading. It already has vibrate so it should be easy to add. As is, you have a 10-15 second window to view results before screen times out and you have to start over. Takes 15-20 seconds to get a valid reading.
Overall it is a super value, no fluffy features and personal tech support.Show lessNewbie in 2010

Pairs seamlessly with my watch. Can measure Heart rate, O2 also has a find button which is great when you misplace your phone! App is easy to use and understand! Could only be improved by adding a nutrition segment to it!ohboy73
My watch review
Its great. Holds a long charge and does enough extra things for my use. Only negative is they quickly disappear from the screen. Maybe there is a way to keep them there long enough for me to read them?My dog is smarter
Miles are not correct
I mainly bought the watch to track my steps, sleep and distance and I really enjoy the watch and the features. I wish the sleep tracker would mark naps and the miles/ distance the app and watch shows is not what it measures in other apps. A distance i run will measure 1 miles in maps but only .6 miles.Show lessSpiralGal19
Great but frustrating
The look and feel is great, especially for the price which is amazing! The heart rate measures pretty much perfectly. The steps come up a little short. The oxygen is right on with my finger device. The sleep sensor is right on! However, the calorie system they use is terrible! It doesnโt match even closely to any other device or even make sense compared to a calorie burn calculator. The tech support has been awesome through email, but they have yet to help me make sense of their calorie burn calculation system.
My BMR is over 1600 calories/day. I have yet to see that, even with intense exercise lasting more than 4 hours! That being said, the watch is well worth the price for simple heart rate, sleep tracking, steps? oxygen, and of course, the time.Show lessU4Ric
