Works fine, minus a few issues….
I think this app works good, and has a lot of benefits with the smart watch. My main issue is that the step count is slightly off, and the indoor fitness calorie count. I have an indoor bike that shows much different results for the details regarding the workout. The issue about the watch/app is that it really only records what the calorie count would be at an average pace for the time spent on the workout. In a simpler sense, the watch/app is a little bit inaccurate here and there. Altogether for the price of the watch, and free app that comes with the purchase, it’s a really good deal, and overlooks minor inaccuracies. I was quite pleased with the quality of the reports I am getting from FitDock! The sleep quality report seems to be spot in.
The quality of the report is going to be dependent on the data received from the watch.

Easy accurate perfect
I’ve tried other watches and apps I returned them but this app is amazing easy to use super easy to link and the watch stays charged forever and is super accurate I compared to my drs heart monitor and o2 monitor todayjul880615
Fitdoc for Pautios Watch
This app is super easy to use, free, and comes with great features. There are tons of watch faces to choose from including some cute seasonal ones. It is able to sync to Apple health. The sync process is very quick. The only feature I would like to see is the ability to customize some of the colors within the face watch options - but honestly with all of the face options you are bound to find something you will like. I use this mainly for steps and movement minutes and it usually does a good job. A few issues I have had are: I’m gradually upping my step goal, but for some reason I cannot go past 6000 steps, unless I do a reset which just goes back to 10,000. Also the movement minutes are sometimes wonky. Either it doesn’t give me the minutes I did do or it gives me way too many, even on non high activity days. I purchased because of the cost and it for the most parts does what I need do so no huge complaints. Most days it is accurate so it is worth the price:)Show lessfrida1fan!!

I replaced my expensive Fitbit watch and app with this one. I wasn’t expecting the good results I have found. I have a few issues with sleep recording—sometimes it gives me credit for sleep I didn’t get and sometimes doesn’t record some of my sleep I do get. It doesn’t recognize afternoon naps at all. However, when the developers saw I was disappointed that the app didn’t track weight, they ADDED that feature! I am impressed! I love the blood oxygen level readings; but the app doesn’t keep track of them. That being said, I still feel like I am getting good value. Hey this is Marseille I just want to say this is the best app I would definitely recommend it I would say the only downside is some of the apps are limited to what notifications but we aren’t using the notifications so it really doesn’t matter but overall I would just say this is the best fitness thing and it’s so helpful I literally wear mine 24 seven so this is really good I would definitely recommend itShow lesswinsor and newton

Love But…..
I have had this app and the watch since before Christmas and they have worked great. But just last week the app won’t stay open. It closes automatically after a few seconds. So quickly that it isn’t recording my steps. Maybe I’ve done something to it but wouldn’t know what.

GREAT watch, crazy long battery, quick charge
I love this watch. The price is amazing! You’re not getting all the bells and whistles of an Apple Watch, of course, which is why it’s affordable 😊.
