UX/UI very poor. Idea is great.
While the idea is great, the UX/UI is extremely poor. The workflow seems to not have been tested and there are so many bugs.
Examples:
- Adding a child account requires 2 business days to verify IDs, then when approved, it asks u to upload birth certificates, which in turn take 2 business days! Why don’t they ask for all documents to verify in one go?!
- After I receive a text that they’ve been verified, I log on the app and it says still pending verification.
- The first child I added, the process had a bug that it’s been over two weeks and it’s still not resolved. They called to tell me to wait for the next update. Meanwhile he can’t use his account which actually has funds in it.
- Aside from the major showstopper issues above, there are multiple bugs that cause the app to crash.
