Decent
Few suggestions that will make the app 5-stars:
1- Try to speed it up by reducing unnecessary animations.
2- Allow us to replace lost or damaged cards without contacting support
3- I requested a credit card but it doesn’t show up in the app; it would be good if the user can manage their credit card through the app (change credit limit, freeze the card, allow/disable international/online payments etc.)
4- Allow us to request multiple cards similar to all banks

It doesn't work
A banking app should be reliable but this one keeps not working and showing an error message especially as I have a lot of funds on my hilial account and right now doing business in the United States and need to manage my bank account while I'm here, but it keeps showing error messages even when I was back home.
I think I'll leave hilial bank and chose ADIB or another bank with a more reliable app especially if you funds of 1 mil+
