First time using Sena and it would not connect to the app. I updated the intercom software from my computer and had no issues since. App always works and so does pairing to other riders.Luke D$
Not happy
Same problem as the previous reviewer.
The set is clearly connected to my phone, but the app won’t let me go past the first screen and doesn’t recognise the already connected device..so what is the point?kristabeviz
Wont recognise my 10S
Updated to this ‘new’ app and now my 10S isn’t recognised even though it’s clearly connected to my phone. Please fix ASAP
Oh, while you’re at it, create some way to actually connect my husbands new SC2 to mine? It doesn’t “automatically fine to another SENA device” as promised. He’s considering going back to his old helmet and old 10S.

Why stop working if permissions are not given?
The app stopped working until you provide very wide permissions to it. Why? Stop it!Roman Gorshunov
No ability to turn off Sena equalizer
Could be a great app if we were allowed to completed turn off the 5 preset music settings choices from SENA. No e of them sound good to me and they actually make the music sound bad. You can hear the preset “equalizer” changing during the song to compensate for changes.

Sena don’t seem to care!
This app has been failing for most people since it’s inception. Constantly failing to connect and when it did manage to, it’s so short lived it’s worthless! Come in Sena, respond to these reviews and man up, sort out your app or replace it!Steviebilbo
Great Hardware, Poor Software
You really need to hire a better software engineer. I have v1.0 of the firmware and can’t update to anything later. The 1st of 7 parts completed but always dies about 30% of the way through 2/7. Can’t seem to connect to my wife’s Outstar helmet. Documentation with the 50C is woefully inadequate. Can I update it any other way?Show lessMark Jelic
Let’s see - did a FW update and all looks good !
Picked up a pair of the Spider ST1 for my kids and so far somewhat impressed. At low speeds worked good, but highway … forget it … no music, no nothing.
I’ll give it a try tomorrow, did a FW update and the app has a bunch of options worth trying.Papa Shooter
