Money grab
While playing there will suddenly be a huge chasm in the difference of difficultly in levels and “might” required to progress. I’ve been stuck on the same level for weeks.
Additionally, there is no way to opt of raids. Sorry, I’m not paying money to buy resources when they can quite literally be stolen from me. During raids I noticed there seem to be a lot of accounts with the name of minor (forgettable) characters from the show with a bunch of numbers behind it. Suspicious, at least, it is to me.

edit: i’ve played the game every day since it came out and have not spent a single dollar. pretty fun sometimes gets a bit stale but the challenges are fun and have decent rewards! still really wish there was a way to recycle heros to get resources back 😔

Customer Support is awful
They said “must exceed 30 days”. Ugh. Fine.
Next day, with a screenshot showing 31d inactive I resubmit the ticket and get the same copy/paste response! “Must exceed 30d”.
I’ve now submitted a third ticket, with a screenshot of 32d. Let’s see how this goes.
C’mon Zygna, do better. The game is fun. Don’t spoil it by giving awful customer support.

DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME THEY WILL BAN YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANY MISTAKE THEY DO IF YOU DONT SPEND ENOUGH MONEY ON THE GAME..
Greedy game only wants money.
Update, developers wrote under this post to contact the support… Did this and was told they couldn’t undo the deletion but would give me some extra gold for starting a new game. For 10 draws it’s 1500 gold and you might get lucky (when I say might like 1 out of every 5 10s get some shards for a main character, which you need 15 to unlock) to draw some shards. No thank you I don’t want gold I want my account back that I had spent playing on since the game was released.
