Bait and switch? Updated
The Developers made some positive moves in the past week so I’ve changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. First they gave Alicent a small buff so she is at least no longer useless. I still think her healing should be buffed a bit more but it’s a start. They also improved chapter rewords which initially mean that those who have already completed those chapters missed out. The Devs then did the right thing and sent those extra rewards out to everyone who already completed those chapters.
The Devs and the players would benefit greatly from a player liaison. Someone who could communicate the intent behind changes, let the players know when the devs see a problem and are working on a change, and communicate the games overall direction. This would alleviate much of the player base frustration.

Still debating
Aside some of those issues, this game can be a fun time passer with characters many of us love. There are a lot of things that need to be worked on and some to be added. I’m positive that the potential can exceed expectations so I’m hoping that someone takes advantage of that while the original folk are still playing! We all have ideas!
Workers should cap until storage caps
BUT I am addicted and I love this game. The challenge picks up so I do understand the slower leveling. It has everything you want. And I love I can afk sometimes just to level (which is nice coming from an osrs player)
Get the game. It’s worth your time if you’re ever bored. Brainless but still stimulating enough to satisfy your need for progression.

Don’t bother - Bot Support Team No Assitance.
I had an issue at the start with their £10 gold pass being misleading, I logged the issue with support and got a bot response not answering my question or fixing the misleading / miss selling issues.
Next there was the Alicent issue, this affected circa 60% of their player base, those who spent circa £50 to get Alicent due to her buffs, and spent grinding hours to level her, suddenly saw Alicent get debugged by over 90% making her and the money and time spent … pointless.
Now the player base on discord have been posting their messages to support and all of the responses seem to be the same, irrespective of the complaint, a generic bot response not answering the question or fixing the problem.
The game…
Level locking is a thing, they make is so each player spends between 2-3 weeks grinding the same levels over and over again to progress , or they could spend £20 at a “ chance “ to progress.
This isn’t going to be the only one star review, believe me, more are coming and I’ve told the support bot about it ( I received the generic support bot response.
Seriously don’t download it, I’m £70 in the hole and have only frustration to show for it.

100% a pay to play game
The problem is every time you open the app it hits you with three adds that ask for your money to unlock content. Most of the content consists of legendary shards to unlock the legendary characters from the show and to say it’s expensive is to use the word lightly.
If like me you want to see the game before dropping cash then you need to know you’ll never naturally pull these characters even if you save your shards for the max pull. All you end up with is the common characters and there are so many that you’ll just end up with lots of level two useless characters.
This pretty much caps you out and you are left doing the same levels every day.
So sad I deleted the game and moved on to something else!!! Had so much potential but again greedy developers want your money more than providing a fun experience

account banned without any reason.
today i open the game and they said your account banned. Reason very funny. Account Violation. I was one of the strongest player that is the reason.

Inconsistent experience for all players
Certain players also receive free summons while others do not. The battle pass rewards are different for players too, allowing some people to immediately unlock a character and others have to put in a minimum two week investment. Paid packs are also at different prices for people within the same currency.
I have never in my entire life playing mobile games seen such an inconsistent, terrible experience for all players. Shameless.
