Devs Ban, left rewards running …
Had event running with rewards at the end of each difficulty. Game was rewarding each time, everyone farmed, most got banned. Refund time!
Was fun until you banned my account.
There was a bag. Had no idea. Trying to just level up in the event.
Take your money then ban you
They will charge you RIDICULOUS prices to summon heroes, and then when you do spend money for some of the more “affordable” packs and one of their monkey pox infested lgbtqliberal coders forgets to cap the reward on one of the event levels you will get banned with no recourse, with no hotfix to the issue, no warning, no official communication about it, and no explicit reason why you are banned given. All because the lazy developers who probably live in the awful state of California couldn’t be bothered to come into the office on a weekend and hotfix the game, instead they just ban 1000’s of PAYING players with NO RECOURSE because they have a clause in their terms of service that lets them terminate your account for ANY REASON. People complain that video game titles are 60-70$. Make no mistake, 60-70$ will get you VERY LITTLE PROGRESS in this terrible game with greedy developers who prey on peoples proclivity to gamble for the potential of great rewards. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME

Banning people for playing the game as you present it is bad business
Zynga, you’re better than this.
Other devs have gone the route of making pure power, no skill cash grab games. When they go that route, customers get addicted then generally avoid that developer permanently afterward. The best 3 gem match games reward the best players with top leadership spots, not the ones that spend the most. Candy crush was done right - pay to play more, not pay to win/rank higher. The good will you gained from making truly fun games brought me to this (along with being a GOT fan), but this isn’t one of them at the moment - at least for people like me who like to see interactive gaming be skill based and not spend offs. I suggest capping star level at 3 instead of 7 or something and using the candy crush monetization model of stead of the gacha stuff that causes gamers to hate companies.

App is fun and gradually getting better
I do still believe they needed more testing before releasing to the public. However, they have made strides to correct issues and seem to listen to the community about concerns. It is a very fun and addicting game. It is a cash grab, but F2P players can still have fun and move at a much slower pace. Just know you will reach a point where you are power locked by whales until you unlock more shards to upgrade or gain more powerful champions. The summoning system definitely needs some balancing love. Currently you need to horde at least 9 tokens before summoning to make it worth your while as this seems to be a higher success of getting the legendary and epic shards in lucky pulls. Also I don’t know how they come up with the % of value on their adds, but the falsely advertise and lead people to think they are getting a great deal then release another offer that severely contradicts the first offer. I would highly advise completely ignoring these ads. Currently only the gold road pass is worth buying.

Ok game
The game starts off great but in no time you will have to spend money to upgrade ur characters to progress further. If you don’t the progress grinds to a halt really fast. It’s a shame really. I was having a lot of fun up till then. I refuse to spend money on mobile games. It’s a never ending cycle.

Game of thrones puzzle thing
It’s fun. It’s game of thrones. But the novelty wears off soon. To progress in the game you need to collect the same characters again and again. Great. Except they are impossible to get in any meaningful way unless it’s generic character who’s not that good.
To get the best ones, you need to pay for the offers but they are really expensive. Some, close to 100£.
With that in mind, the game is fun for just a few days. Even the one good character I had got nerfed and became useless with compensation not even being worth a few opens. I did the opens and got all generic characters. Great lol

Cash Grab.
Pure crash grab pay to win nonsense. It’s a shame because there’s so many interesting legendary characters on here but impossible to get without paying tons. And if you do get them with a shard you need to get them at least 3 more times to actually unlock them making it impossible…
