App not connecting makes device unusable
Unboxed a brand new wireless me package began using the mics. They worked fine now a week later the app does not recognize the devices when they’re plugged in. App Store says no update is needed to the app and troubleshooting based on website instructions says that there are no issues or further updates needed of actual devices. the app not connecting has made the mic completely unusable is there a fix for this?????

Rode doesn’t work with iPhone 15Pro
What a disappointment and ruined my shooting
How can I solve it?

We need to download recording files to iOS devices

Doesn’t connect
Doesn’t connect the tx!
Totally frustrating
OK, first for the hardware issue: why is it that my USB-C cable (2 different cables) will connect the Røde Wireless Go II receiver with my iPhone 15 Pro but that same cable will not allow a connection between the Wireless Go II transmitters and my phone? Am I missing something? I know that Røde wants us to buy their cables but to buy a USB-C cable that is designed for one specific product and one specific use is nuts.
As to the app, I find the interface awkward and ill-designed for use on a mobile device. Surely someone could’ve designed the icons and explanations to be easier to use and read. There is plenty of unused real estate on my iPhone display and using this app in daylight is the pits.
Finally, why is it that I have to use my Mac to access recordings? I save recordings to my phone every day – just not with the Røde hardware and app.

Can't connect
I used to be able to get my microphones to connect to my phone. Not now. I know you have to have the special USB-C to lightning cable that costs a ridiculous amount of money in order to connect the road wireless go to your phone. What a pain and now it’s not working at all. I updated the firmware on my computer for all three devices and I still cannot connect to my phone. I’m not sure if I can connect. To anything at all?
After all this time of having road wireless products, I’m seriously considering getting some other kind of wireless set up with two microphones. It really pisses me off because it wasn’t cheap.

Useless app
Tried connecting with iPhone 15 Pro Max, managed to update the firmware fine but as soon as it updated I couldn’t connect the Wireless Me microphone again, tried basically everything to get it to work. Comes with everything except a instructions manual??? Stupid design
Good
Originally, I had posted a negative review because I couldn’t get it to work and I even purchased the additional USB-C to lightning cable. However today I was prompted to update the firmware on the wireless go II and now it works for changing settings quicker using my iPhone
Absolute Catastrophe.
Purchased Rode 1 for work a couple of years ago and still cannot retrieve files. After having to buy another brand I thought I’d come back and give it one more shot. I’m seeing zero support or information online for the first edition and the app doesn’t respond to GO 1.
I can’t a company like Rode allowed this to launch. This is below their pro-audio reputation. I hope the GO II does not have this problem but after purchasing GO I and several accessories to try and get my files off I’m too much in the hole to try.
I’ll just have to stick to RODE XLR mics.

If all you need to do is change the settings, then it’s an okay app.
You need an actual computer to get the recordings off the devices. (So much for Apple touting the iPad as a computer replacement.) Also, you plug the device in the side of the iPad, why doesn’t the screen rotate to lanscape mode? You have to tilt your head sideways or carefully hold theiPad while using the app. Rode’s devices are incredible. This app, is pretty hamstrung.
