Won’t play videos from iphone
It says it will play 15 seconds of video but it won’t take any of my videos at all from my iphone.
Other than that the pictures work perfectly and has other nice features. It automatically places pictures to fill the frame regardless of orientation which is coolSteefoCrowchild
Trying to get support/won’t play full video
Hi, your description of the photo frame clearly states it supports video, however when I upload a 1 minute video it only plays a few seconds of it—not the whole thing? I specifically bought the frame thinking it could play video. Am I missing something? Can you help me out?RP47
unable to rotate photo
Easy to add photos but unable to rotate vertical to horizontal. Heads get cut off to picture so tiny you cannot see them.Ladyb3g1
PLEASE UPDATE APP TO DELETE PHOTOS
It took a while to figure it out, but we got it working. It shows the time and weather, which is cool. But there is no way to delete single photos or videos. You have to reset the entire thing which is ridiculous. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP TO THIS SIMPLE THING!Shannong88
DO NOT BUY THIS FRAME!!! Frame ID-Where?
I have NEVER been so FRUSTRATED!!! I have tried to find the Frame ID. I have tried numbers from the box, I tried the numbers on the back of the frame but it’s only 9 numbers. This was a Christmas gift from my Son. I am also NOT impressed with the cheap PLASTIC frame that Tries to look like WOOD. This is going back FOR SURE! I am sure I can find a Cloud Photo Frame that isn’t so CHEAP and LACK of information-Frame ID that should be clearly stated on the back of the frame. I got the Biu Frame User Guide but it doesn’t match the app setup at all. All around CHEAP frame and Worthless User Guide. AMAZON should NOT offer this PRODUCT, I thought they had higher standards!! This is one of I could give 0 Stars or Negative Stars, I would!!! Never have I EVER gotten something of such POOR Quality all around!!!Show lessB's Pink iPhone

I downloaded to send photos to the frame my cousin got my grandmother who lives away. She says she gets the photos so I assume it works. I’d like to get another frame for my mom but I have no idea what frames the app supports. Too bad. A guide doesn’t come with the frame. Was able to figure how to get picture to frame. No instructions how to delete an unwanted photo. Will not recommend a purchase of this frame.
UPDATE! I discovered how to delete unwanted photos. Bring up photos, tap on photo on upper left corner to be deleted, on the right corner you will see the delete icon, click on photo again to see check mark, click on delete. Hope this helps. I now give 5 stars.Show lessXoXoCMD
