Service ended and wants to charge
I first bought this frame for the ease of sending photos to family and I bought everyone in my family this photo frame but now only to find out it wants to start charging me for sending photos using my wifi? Makes no sense!!! I should’ve bought other frames with other apps that doesn’t require a fee!! Please change this! It’s already hard to find your frames to gift because we try to use the same app! And now if you start charging then I really have to change to other frames!

Need to pay a fee after 2nd year
Not happy with the fact that the app service is an annual fee after the 2nd year. Very little information about utilizing the frame without the fee service. Looking at other frame options without the fees.
Hidden Service Costs
I bought 3 frames two years ago to give to grandparents and upload photos of their grandkids. It was great at first but now I can’t upload photos because it wants me to pay for a “service”. I guess I can try and manually upload via USB but with family living across the county, it makes it not worth the frame. Better off with a different company, I regret the purchase.

Cost to use
After having the app for a year, I am suddenly blocked from being able to use my frame. I did not have to purchase space to use the app when I bought the frame, and still have space on my frame, but am being forced to “purchase” space to use my app.
Don’t do it.
You have 2 years then you HAVE to upgrade to a cloud. Not worth it.
Easy and Room for improvement
It is easy to set up and send pics to through the app. I haven’t tried the email option yet. But it’s great to be able to share pics across the miles instantly. The frame you are sending to must be on wifi at the time and plugged in. ALSO- when you are trying to send pics to different frames through the app (I bought multiple for various family members so we can share pics) once you are in the screen to select pics to send- there’s no indication on that page which frame you have selected. They should have the feature show the frame name. And i agree with other reviewers, it would be easier if the app tracked which pics you have already sent to which frames.
Updating my review. As one other reviewer indicated, 2 of our family frames now says “service ended”- 2 years later -and I can no longer send pics to this frame. I cannot find anywhere how to rectify this. Ridiculous

Basic needs missing
You can’t view your album or collection anywhere on the frame or app. So you don’t know if you’ve uploaded a picture before, or have duplicates. You also can’t delete a single picture without deleting your whole album. Works great otherwise but it needs serious quality of life improvements.

It says it will play 15 seconds of video but it won’t take any of my videos at all from my iphone.
Other than that the pictures work perfectly and has other nice features. It automatically places pictures to fill the frame regardless of orientation which is cool

Trying to get support/won’t play full video
Hi, your description of the photo frame clearly states it supports video, however when I upload a 1 minute video it only plays a few seconds of it—not the whole thing? I specifically bought the frame thinking it could play video. Am I missing something? Can you help me out?
