Too bad. A guide doesn’t come with the frame. Was able to figure how to get picture to frame. No instructions how to delete an unwanted photo. Will not recommend a purchase of this frame.XoXoCMD
Why do you want access to my calendar?
Set up was easy, but it’s overshadowed by a lie. The description says you don’t “collect” data, but you want “access” to my calendar. Why would you need my schedule???????? Shady!Somewhere In Texas!#*

Yes I can send pictures to the frame, but once the photos are added, there’s no way to edit the photos to remove old ones with updated pictures. The only way to do it is to delete the entire frame and then re-add your photos. That is HORRIBLY inconvenient and makes the frame and app completely worthless to the end user.Show lessAngry customer 728

Constant login issues
Purchased a digital frame for my grandparents so we could share our lives with them since they are not social media/email users. I constantly am receiving the error that the host name (my username) can’t be found. Same username I used to set it up and works when it does work. So some days I am unable to even send photos/videos. We use another frame app for my in laws and it works soo much better. In the future I will not purchase a frame that uses this app. Photos also are constantly getting cut off when sending more than one photo at a time. Only allows you to select the view of the first photo rather than all the photos.Show lessKrystal811

Easy and Room for improvement
It is easy to set up and send pics to through the app. I haven’t tried the email option yet. But it’s great to be able to share pics across the miles instantly. The frame you are sending to must be on wifi at the time and plugged in.
However, some pics, when viewed on the frame in multi-pic mode (where 3 pics show up at a time) people’s heads get cut off.
ALSO- when you are trying to send pics to different frames through the app (I bought multiple for various family members so we can share pics) once you are in the screen to select pics to send- there’s no indication on that page which frame you have selected. They should have the feature show the frame name. And i agree with other reviewers, it would be easier if the app tracked which pics you have already sent to which frames.Show lessRBS 22
Basic
App is very minimal. It doesn’t allow you to view the photos and videos you’ve uploaded. Which I feel is important. Also I have uploaded into the app and it’s been a solid 2 hours and nothing has been uploaded to the frame. It’s nice when it works but so far it has yet to work consistentlycindy101523
Can’t add photos via the app
The app let me add the first few few photos, now it won’t let me add more photos, I have to email them. Is this a glitch?
This answer should be in the FAQ, you need to give access to all photos.
