Constant login issues

Purchased a digital frame for my grandparents so we could share our lives with them since they are not social media/email users. I constantly am receiving the error that the host name (my username) can’t be found. Same username I used to set it up and works when it does work. So some days I am unable to even send photos/videos. We use another frame app for my in laws and it works soo much better. In the future I will not purchase a frame that uses this app. Photos also are constantly getting cut off when sending more than one photo at a time. Only allows you to select the view of the first photo rather than all the photos.

let me upload one photo.. now there is no option to delete that photo or to even upload more.. makes this app effectively useless

How to change pic rotation?

Does not cover how to change a photo from vertical to horizontal.

Easy and Room for improvement

It is easy to set up and send pics to through the app. I haven’t tried the email option yet. But it’s great to be able to share pics across the miles instantly. The frame you are sending to must be on wifi at the time and plugged in.
However, some pics, when viewed on the frame in multi-pic mode (where 3 pics show up at a time) people’s heads get cut off.
ALSO- when you are trying to send pics to different frames through the app (I bought multiple for various family members so we can share pics) once you are in the screen to select pics to send- there’s no indication on that page which frame you have selected. They should have the feature show the frame name. And i agree with other reviewers, it would be easier if the app tracked which pics you have already sent to which frames.

Basic

App is very minimal. It doesn’t allow you to view the photos and videos you’ve uploaded. Which I feel is important. Also I have uploaded into the app and it’s been a solid 2 hours and nothing has been uploaded to the frame. It’s nice when it works but so far it has yet to work consistently

Can’t add photos via the app

The app let me add the first few few photos, now it won’t let me add more photos, I have to email them. Is this a glitch?
This answer should be in the FAQ, you need to give access to all photos.
Quite simple really. The instruction booklet is rubbish, so tiny. Great product otherwise.

Unknown charges after 2 years - otherwise easy to set up

Easy to set up. According to manual, the ability to upload with WiFi is only free for 2 years, then you have to pay, but those charges are not published anywhere. Still could use memory card (maybe?), but we bought it for the ability to update remotely. May increase rating if it works as advertised in upcoming years or if the “Frame Renew” charges aren’t required after 2 years. Would also be nice if you could crop photos or change actions in app.

Nice, but…

Can’t figure out how to speed up the slideshow. I have under 10 pictures and it is very slow. Please help.

Limited option

The app doesn’t give option to add more pictures or delete specific picture.
Through the app, you can only create one frame to bind with the frame. Limited option.
Definitely need update on app.
