I click on UDM it flashes screen and says welcome to UniFi Access… loop and back again. Everything is already setup.

Hi, we have optimized the algorithm in the recents update. Could you please update to the latest version and see if the problem persists?
Doesn’t work
Cannot find any of my devices when on the unifi network. App doesn’t work for me.
Setup Loop
Needed to use this to set up my door access devices, you just get stuck in a loop between selecting the cloud key gen2 and ok. As usual UniFi has released an untested app (that also has no iPad support)
Makes a huge difference in our operations
This app has a tremendous amount of features out the gate, and the issues it has are being quickly resolved. It was silly that the notifications didn’t make a sound when someone presses the doorbell, now it at least makes a single chime; however, it REALLY needs to make a longer sounds like Ring Doorbell. Other than the aforementioned doorbell issues, this app has everything you need.
Oh, you can’t leave it running in the background too long, or it stops working and you have to force quit it. Now that I think about it, this is kinda a big deal. Making me really consider taking this four-star review down to three-star, but I’m hopeful Ubiquity will remedy the situation soon.

Great start
Great start. Not super intuitive, but a great app nonetheless.
Strong Start, Needs Work
The Good:
1. Doorbell feature = awesome
2. Adding users is quick and easy
3. Provisioning access cards is efficient
The Bad:
1. Opening the app shows out of date info
2. No way to swipe down to update dashboard view
3. Not iPad native = huge disappointment

Doesn’t work over VPN
Can only be used on a flat network without UI SSO. Really disappointed for a door access system.
