Great App at home, not reliable when travelling

I’ve been using this App for over two years now and I absolutely love it. I work on a superyacht so it’s very convenient workouts that do not require lots of space which I love! However, since I am in a different country every day or so, I find I have problems accessing the content often with lots of errors popping up and not letting me view the videos. Other than that, amazing content and great layout.

Great app

I’ve been tryna workout my new style of working out and I wanted to go more low impact with weights and pilates and this app has the perfect program and schedule! I just wish we had a planner so we could move the workouts to different days (as I do reformer too) so we could really personalise our weekly schedule. But love the energy and style of workouts and love that we just follow along

FORM makes everything easy!

I have been with FORM since it first launched and I love it! I have spent lots of energy and time into trying to create my own workouts and recipes, to plan everything out perfectly often leading me to feel overwhelmed/decision-fatigued. FORM allows me to focus my energy on showing up and going full out by doing the planning and testing for me. Workouts feel very effective and have variety to keep things fun. The recipes are realistic and easy to prepare. The best part is FORM makes it easy to do always, anywhere, at any time. This can integrate into your day so easily. They make it to where you have no excuse to not show up. An added bonus is I’m loving investing in their activewear!

Life changing for my fitness journey

I’ve tried many programs and apps over the past 10 years, but this is the one I’ve stuck with for over a year and a half. The variety of options is incredible, and I love how Sammi pushes me through each workout. I always look forward to exercising because not only are the workouts effective, but they’re genuinely fun.

For a long time, I was just mixing and matching different workouts from the app based on how I felt, but recently, I started the 14-day strength program, and it’s been a game changer. It has pushed me harder than ever, made me realize how strong I really am, and shown me that I’m capable of more than I thought. I’m only on day 10, and I’m already seeing results in how my body looks and feels.

I can’t wait to finish this program in a few days and dive into another one of her programs. It’s amazing, and I will never stop recommending it!

Best workout program ever

I am obsessed with Form. I'm 31 now and I've been working out since I was 12. I was a competitive athlete for YEARS too. I love that I now have a way to work out that doesn't take 2 hours!! This app is so effective and fun. I also just love Sami's vibe so much. Her blend of fitness with mindfulness makes working out something I look forward too.

Her workouts have also helped change my body in the most amazing way!

I've seen some people say that the workouts aren't challenging enough sometimes. I disagree. The whole point of working out with weights is to increase the weight if it becomes less challenging.

10/10 recommend.

Wish I could track progress

I loveee this app, it has so many amazing features including the workouts, the recipes, etc. The one thing that I wish it included was progress tracking. Unless I’m missing something, it seems that you can’t track your progress throughout a program. I’ll start a program and then I’ll need to scroll through the entire program again and hopefully remember where I was to continue. There is no progress bar, or progress tracking of any kind to show you where you are within a particular program or show you which workouts you’ve already completed. The only option it gives you is to return to a video you’ve paused.
I’m really hoping this will change for a better long-term experience!

The best fitness app EVER!!!

Absolutely love the Form app! It's become an essential part of my daily routine. The combination of Pilates and strength training, along with nutrition and meditation practices, has transformed my fitness journey. Sami is the best and I feel so supported and part of a community that keeps me motivated every day. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health and well-being!

Great classes and simple, easy platform

I love these classes so much! The balance of pilates and strength is SO satisfying and I love even taking 5-10min classes to get pockets of extra burn!

LOVE the Form App

This app has helped me stay consistent and motivated with my workouts. I genuinely look forward to my morning work outs now because they’re effective but don’t feel too long. I’m learning so much about my own body and what I’m capable of. Couldn’t be happier with the Form app.
