I love this app…but I have some ideas
I love using this as my main workout app. Very user friendly and the workouts are great. I also appreciate that there is always new videos and programs coming out which keeps me on my toes.
The only suggestions I would have is that I wish we can make our own playlists in the list section of the app. I love to categorize different workouts based off my individual needs rather than only rely on the programs and playlists provided. Also, I wish there was an indication that I have completed the workout. Some check mark to help me feel accomplished and avoid unintentionally doing the same workout again. It would also be cool if there was a streak on the app or some kind of record of all of the things accomplished. I find those stats quite encouraging and it gives me a better sense of where I am at in my fitness journey.
I have absolutely no complaints about the workouts or recipes. I think they are fantastic and very user friendly. Can’t wait to see what’s next!!

I have been using this app for 6+ months, and I am still consistently using it every day for workouts, meditations and meals
A Confident Mama
Since having my daughter, I haven’t been super confident in my body and I have trouble finding the time and energy to get to the gym. My friend introduced me to Form and I cannot express enough how life changing it has been. I LOVE Sami’s Pilates x Strength work outs. They give me something to look forward to everyday. It is something that I get to do for MYSELF after spending the day with my toddler. Sami is such a supportive instructor. She pushes you to keep going but makes you feel confident and like you are in a safe space. I also feel less intimidated by the time of each workout since normally they are around 30mins. Despite being “shorter” than an hour class at the gym, they are KILLLLLLER & effective. I love how she spreads out the different sets and routines. Just when I’m starting to get tired, I get the confidence to keep on going. I also love how to reminds us to focus on our mind to muscle. That has helped me to focus on my FORM and nurturing my body. On top of feeling so great mentally and physically, I have also received many compliments from people… so it is definitely making a difference. I can’t praise Form enough. Seriously thank you so much my gals🌞🌼

Mind, Body, Soul
I have been through a few fitness apps but Form trumps them all. The approach to every workout is not just shedding a few pounds or looking good on the outside, but the intention is to show up for yourself and to honor your body through movement. That has truly been a game changer for me and allows me to begin each workout with love for myself and for the movement I’m about to practice. I love the variety of workout plans and the affirmations. This is a new practice for me but has def been a positive change in my mindset and how I speak to myself. All that to say, Form is not just another workout app, but its focus is deeper and serves our mind, body, and soul. Thank you Form team!

I love form. Sami is so honest and such a hype girl throughout every workout and there with you through the whole thing. It’s real, there’s not looping or replaying. You’re just sweating it out together and it’s a blast!! Highly, highly recommend

This app is so amazing, they have all the workouts you will ever need, from gym workouts to quick Pilates burners, Form has everything! I love their recipes and meditations too! I highly recommend 🫶🏽🫶🏽

Hands on heart, Form has changed my life. Sami’s workouts are so creative and so effective. The community is unmatched and I cannot recommend this platform enough - especially to mamas! Doing Form consistently has dramatically improved my pelvic floor and has helped me feel the strongest I’ve ever felt, pre and postpartum. Love love love
