Found the check in process through the App very easy, took no more than two minutes.
Boarding Pass to Apple wallet?
After getting boarding pass, pressed “Add to Apple Wallet” only for to be asked to install Google Wallet? What is that about?

I flew with Porter from Zoom Tours Toronto many times.
This is best service and also they provided meals coming back from San Francisco.

Can’t get on the app
The app stopped working saying that we are unable to navigate from the splash screen
We tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail
We tried calling…WOW…we were on hold for 60 minutes then it hung up on us

Failed to load after splash page
Also, has to be the slowest loading app out there.
Went to www site, thought downloading new app would solve issue, only option was to open app.
Now going to delete app, and try again.
This is the third time there's been problems with the app during my travels.
Don't get me started on the value of being a frequent flyer

Travel with ease
Travelling with Porter is stress free. In flight Service is very good! And refreshments are included in “economy”. Gates are a distance to travel so leave sufficient time. On my flight from YYZ to YEG the wifi didn’t work - so disappointing but not serious. Recommend it!
