App is useless

I was using the app no problem. Now, every time I open the app it gives me error message “Navigation from splash screen failed” and that’s it, can not navigate any further.

I have deleted and re downloaded multiple times. It will let me log in once, but then freezes leaving me to close the app. When I re open the app, the same message comes up.

I have restarted my phone, hard started my phone, on wifi off wifi same thing over and over. I’m not the only one having the same issue, 4 other travellers in my group are experiencing the same issue.

iPhone is up to date.

Complete waste of my time, this app is absolute useless if you can’t get in to use it.

Keep getting error pop-ups

App won't open properly. I get an error pop up and then nothing loads and it doesn't let me into the app: Navigation from splash screen failed.

Everything about Porter is 5 star. The app, flights, prices and staff. I only wish they flew to more in Canada destinations Eg Vancouver to Winnipeg.

Annoying

It does what need to be done, but the check-in is a pain; the apps keep clearing all the information and force you to start from zero when you try to get the info it needs in other apps.. why it can’t keep the passport information you just put in is a mystery.

How do you cancel a critical flight less than 12 hours before?!?

We obvs booked a time that we needed - thee should be at least a consideration to put us on a code share partner with time ls more amenable to what we need.

Restarted Check-in!!!

Had to restart my check in and reenter passport data five times!!! it kept auto restarting checkin process ftom the beginning while entering passport information for four travellers!
