  • Doesn't pay

Did a month long study. Was not rewarded. For an added bonus, they deleted my acct so they didn't have to pay me.
  • Scam:(

When you earn enough points to redeem a gift card, they terminate your account and all your points are useless. Very irritated at this app.
  • Long payout time

The incentives per survey are decent but they don’t do instant cashout/payout for Paypal. This keeps me from taking surveys with them regularly.
  • No more surveys

Haven’t had another survey in months, it’s like it all dried up before my second payout
  • Terrible app

Terrible app. Crashes all the time, you always have to log in and the surveys work 10% of the time. It’s just a waste of time and mental energy.

  • Love this app….but

I love this app and doing surveys here! But now I’m having a problem. Somehow this app logged me off overnight. I tried to log back in and it’s saying my password is wrong. So I tried that reset or forgot password link and typed in my email. It said I would get an email with a link to reset my password and so far nothing! I’ve tried numerous times and now I’m stuck with unable to log back in. I know my email is correct as I’ve been getting emails saying there’s surveys to do. Can someone help me?

P.S, I am still having problems again! It keeps telling me my password is wrong which I know is right and is more than 10 characters long! I get the change password link but that takes me right back to the log in screen! I can’t even log back on! Why is it keep logging me off and not let me log back on! Someone please help!

  • Horrible scamming app

I downloaded this for extra gift cards on the side. I looked at the rewards and liked what they offered. I had to complete 39 surveys to get enough points for a $10 gift card. When i tried to redeem a $10 gift card it kept saying i didn’t have enough points. I contacted them to help me resolve the situation and get the gift card only to find out they decided to terminate my profile to no longer participate in surveys. They said they didn’t have to provide me any reason and they could terminate at any time. They also said once my profile was terminated so was all my points i earned! So i completed 39 surveys in one week and didn’t receive anything at all for it! Horrible company run! Do not help these people get work done for nothing in return. They terminate as soon as you get up enough points to redeem.

  • Jesus Christ bless you

I find this company want to know too much about you. I find it as a dangerous organisation. You should not try and pry into people’s personal information. That has got nothing to do with anyone. For £20 every other month you want me to give you so much information. I do not want to be a part of your organisation. I pray that God will close it down. It’s crap. If you didn’t need that amount of information you will get a lot more people joining.
