I read all the negative reviews before downloading the app. Within 2 minutes I was printing effortlessly from my phone via Bluetooth. I have no idea why these other folks had so much trouble? I followed the directions on the included setup card and away I went.Jason & Beth

I just received the Jadens printer and was hesitant to even download this app with the reviews looking the way they look, but I did anyway and within a minute of sorting it out I had a label printed via iPhone wirelessly.

Printed with colors inverted
I was able to get the app connected to the printer and cropped the saved pdf, but when it printed, it was inverted and printed a black label with white letters instead of vice versa. Anyone know why?quick1unc

My dad sells things on eBay so he uses this a lot and it works. I was curious to see if it could print something besides labels. Keep in mind he already uses the app in his phone and uses the printer. I downloaded it selected one of my files that had color.I had forgotten that it was a laser printer so there wouldn’t be any color.I printed my first on and the only problem I had was it wouldn’t let me crop it any more than what I already had so it didn’t fit on the label. But it printed fine.I printed another thing and it was pixelated a lot but it was fine. I think this product and app was really good. It connected fine and two people were using it too.Show lesssofasophie2011

Happy enough with it having not used a shipping’s printer before. But often need to delete and reinstall app as it gets stuck.
For £90 and not masses of labels to print, I’m happy enough with it.tinaD1981
Landscape
It won’t let me print landscape anymore, even when I rotate/change height and width, so the postage label prints portrait and is squashed onto the page.sambxexesxe
