works okay
when i first downloaded the app i couldn’t connect to my label printer, but now i can connect no problem! with this new app i have to download the labels to my icloud files instead of sending them directly to the app (like FBA Print), which makes the process a bit longer but not too bad. I do still prefer FBA Print, but this works so i can’t complainShow lesshope638291
This app is terrible
I just bought this machine today and it will not connect with my iPad at all. I have nothing else on on Bluetooth right now. This is so frustrating. If I new that this was not Bluetooth compatible then I would have went with another machine as I run my small business off my iPad only. Get it together!!!Show lessuniquely21
Stopped connecting to my iPhone
It worked very well then suddenly stopped connecting to my iPhone even i tried deleting and reinstalling the app, update my iPhone, turned off the printer several times and nothing working and I purchased it just to be able to print from my phoneru87m
Developer gave me a simple fix
The developer assured me the app will be working much more smoothly sooner or later lol BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS THE OTHER APP STILL WORKS so idk give it a try every few days so theyCollect more data and can complete this app but just rely on the other one utitll them!!ghistkyniegro320

What’s happening to FBA print?
This app doesn’t work at all! Not cool. What am I supposed to do? You can’t even “choose photos” to print from your phone. I feel like I’ve been scammed bro :( My Bluetooth Printer will be obsolete without FBA print. Unfortunately too late for me to return it, I’ve had mine for over a year.Littyeah
Bluetooth function gives error
The only reason I purchased the printer is because it allow Bluetooth wireless printing via fba print which worked great. Now since switching to shipping printer, I have had to print all of my shipping labels using my backup printer because shipping printer will not print via Bluetooth. Good thing I had a backup printer. Hopefully this Bluetooth error is corrected so that I can get back to wireless printing.Show lesssunnysmile22

I had to install this app and had to figured out how to get it to print. Was getting connector error to restart app. Had to turn Bluetooth off on my Apple Watch to connect to my shipping printer. Then had to figured out how to print from there. How to save all of my shipping labels to my File folder and then choose file from app to get it to print. FBA print worked great for my printer but now with the new “shipping label” app, the Bluetooth does not work. It keeps saying error. Please fix this issue as I cannot use my label printer with this app. It’s an app issue. Not a printer issue.Orionseye9
Please fix Bluetooth issue
I love my printer but the have stopped using another app to use this one. This app is terrible I have not been able to use my printer for over a week because the Bluetooth will not connect. This seems to be a known issue and is still not corrected.prwash219
