Several annoying issues
v1.0.17 says “fix can not share to app”, but it’s still broken. Have to manually save every file to Files, then open in the app.
The list of nearby Bluetooth devices can’t be scrolled. So if the Label Printer is too far down the list, there’s no way to connect to it.kobachi
Does not work
Unable to find the printer on Bluetooth. And you have to download individual files to your phone. You can print directly from your your Shopify invoices page. Total wasteCanejoda

I was having troubles at first but yeah it’s pretty easy and I’m happy with my purchase thank youAdrihapartsavage
Remember settings?
To get Royal Mail labels to print scannable bar codes you have to unselect the “automatic scale’ option each time. It would be great if the app remembered your settings. ThanksRunnerBarley

Unable to connect - waste of money on printer
Old app worked great and new app won’t connect at all. I can’t believe I wasted almost $200 on a printer that is now unusable due to poor technology. Return window has closed. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRE THIS APP!!Marshallsmom

Old app was perfect. Don’t get why they’d update to this one? Doesn’t work. U have to connect to the printer every single time and most labels I can’t even print cause it only gives u the option to scan or choose a file. Fix the app or reinstate the old one!
I purchased my label printer over a year ago and it worked perfectly with FBA print. Now the old app is no longer picking up my printer. The new app disconnects when I try to print my labels. I feel like this is a scam to force people to have to buy a new label printer!KPoint
Horribly designed
I downloaded the app because I use my iPad more than my laptop. The app doesn’t allow you to change they type of label you are using. All of the options are 4x6 or larger. This makes it difficult to use the app. You also can’t change the size of the image you are printing and it only gives the option to “crop” your image. No PDF option
Such a poor app. I’m still using the FBA print App because they thought taking away the PDF option on this one would be acceptable. Every label I print I print as PDF and this new app doesn’t even allow it.LOVE THIS SONG!!!!!!!!
