I noticed you only giving the option of printing From file don’t take away the option of printing Fron the phone photo gallery if you can work in a app that integrate with Wix for auto printing that will be amazing1993823p
Shipping Printer wouldn’t connect
Worked good at first then it started connecting then would kick printer off when trying to print , I emailed customer support and they got it fixed the next day !!! Thanks You !!tws530

No longer able to use Bluetooth to connect to printer
Last week I was able to use my printer as normal. All of today I’ve been trying to connect to my printer using my phone and laptop Bluetooth but am unable to. I tried restarting the printer and uninstalling/reinstalling the app. I’ve read the responses to reviews saying there’s a fix and to update the app but I don’t see any updates in the App Store.Show lessCindasaurus
Stopped connecting
Everything worked like a charm until today. I have a red printer icon in top right of the app, it will not connect. I tried to redownload the app and refresh WiFi, but it no longer works with my iPhone 13 max pro. Only had it a week. Will probably return it if it’s not working by tomorrowCmRage8
No support
The printer worked for like a week then I saw a post saying I needed to update the app. Now the printer does not connect to the app anymore and no one is responding to help. I exchanged the printer for another and deleted the app and re downloaded it. Still does not work. I will be returning it again and ordering a different printer.Show lessFiveeye
Connected but not connected
When I first got the thermal printer the app worked perfectly fine now it says connection successful but it’s not connected the printer symbol is red and crossed out what’s going onadamsamien

Terrible
I have iPhone, iPad. Windows laptop, and windows desktop and this printer does not work with Bluetooth from ANY of my devices. The app isn’t working either. Bluetooth error
Bought this a week ago and it seemed to be working fine, the last few days it hasn’t been working. It says I’m connected to the Bluetooth but every time I go to print it redirects me to connect again. Really frustrating as I have a lot of orders to ship out. I have to go buy a printer now. My app is updated and it looks like I’m not alone in this situation.Show lessloopdawg88
