I want the old app back
I have a printer that was being serviced and ran on FBA print. I would be able to select my shipping label then select the FBA app. The label would be imported automatically and I would print it.
Now I have to save the label into my files, find it in the app, resize/crop to the label size. And then print. I DO NOT WANT TO USW THIS APP.Show lessFrustrated reinstaller.

Connect error please restart the app. I just brought this printer so I can print off my iphone 12 pro max and downloaded the app 15 mins ago and it keeps saying connect error please restart the app. And i keep restarting the app and i tried turning off my printer and still nothing. When will you update this I need to know asap and see if it actually works because if you don’t I want to be able to return my printer in the time frame so I wont lose my money.Show lessAmberDo11
Can’t connect to my shipping Printer
Was promoted to download this app because the old one would no longer get be avaliable and it’s unusable. I keep trying to connect to my shipping printer and it just keeps telling me to restart the app. Also I was playing around with it trying to print and realized I have to crop and rotate every shipping label. I didn’t have to do this with the old app. Very disappointed. If this keeps up I might have to buy a new printer.Show lessBook Addict Reviewer
Just doesn’t work
I have an Offnova printer that uses the FBA Print app and was prompted to download this app instead. I couldn’t even get my printer to connect to it. Hopefully FBA Print isn’t removed or I won’t even be able to use my thermal printer.squiidmaster
Will Not Connect
Please do not take the FBA Print app “off the shelf” until this app works properly. I use the FBA Print app every day for my business on several printers and I’m sure others do as well. Please fix this app before removing the other. Thank you.Maxieface
Won’t work
Just downloaded cuz the app I use says it will be taken off the App Store. Doesn’t let me choose the file I need. Says I need iCloud which I don’t use. Won’t connect to my printer. Says error, restart app every time I try. Very poor start.Topalacios18

I have been using FBA Print for my Beeprt label printer. Today it shows in the app that, the app will be taken out of the shelf, go to App store and install "Shipping Printer". I did, but keep getting the connect error. Not able to use it at all... Please fix it.OnO13
This app does not work
FBA app worked great before why did you guys change it! I’m having the same problem as everybody else as I’m trying to connect on my iPhone to the Bluetooth and it keeps telling me to restart the app w error and I’ve done that and it still does not connect. Please fix ASAP!bobbystang
Print button doesn’t work
I try to connect the printer to my iPhone 13 tru the app and it says restart the app and try again then I try to upload the label and the print button doesn’t work, can you help me with this pleaseMAFE
Finally an update but…
I was glad to see they pushed an update, but now I keep getting “connect error, please restart app” I do that and still comes up with the same pop up when trying to connect to the label maker.
Haven’t been able to use this app AT ALL ever since I got the label maker. Please fix this.Xeqs
