    I was scared to try it at first and almost quit on the first day but the coaching and the ability to listen to your own music was a great help and I felt so good after I accomplished the first day!! I love this app and I can’t wait to get to the end of my journey

    Legit getting obsessed with reaching the goals. Love the pace of this program. One week in and im already seeing results

    I just finished my first run and realized I need to do my next run an hour earlier tmrw morning due to my schedule. Deleting the app now.

    I wish the app had the ability to hit a button and change from a run to a walk and then for the app to realize you need more time in that level to complete the actual run time.

    I haven’t used it yet but my mom has and she said it’s very helpful for running 5k and she would train with me.

    Easy to use and set up! This app was super easy to use, gave great directions, let me play my music, and was a fun first run! It also sent the exercise to my apple health. I would like to see a watch version so I don’t have to carry my phone!

    This is a great app. Simple, intuitive and easy to use. The only improvement I suggest is to have the option of selecting how many workouts a week you want to have so you don’t lose your current progress (not everyone can run every day) and connect it to Spotify. Apart from that I love it!
