Worst app and a worst fast food chains
The whole app is a disaster and I have no clue what and how they gaining profits over such failure and worst costumer service ever.
Other than how bad this app is, you may or may not receive your order. If you are lucky enough you may receive it after couple of hours. However, if you payed through the application and didn't received your order yet? You can say bye bye to your money. Not to mention how badly they choose their employees to the point I had a hard time explaining my location to a person doesn't even know Arabic nor English. You guys are literally the worst and I hope the management will change once and for all.Show lessشركة زق

The new app is extremely bad
I was a loyal customer for herfy and I used to order from thier app almost daily!
But I ended up deleting this app after giving it multiple tries while hoping it gets better, one order I paid with my credit card was never delivered and I contacted them on twitter 3 times over 2 weeks and they just ignored my messages and never replied to me and never refunded my order!!!
After that bad experience I kept ordering from them as I was a loyal customer and I ignored that single error, but I never used credit cards with them again, I just used pay on delivery, the thing is … 3 times I order and I never get my orders, it’s so frustrating to wait and never receive or get any messages from them, funny thing is the orders are still in “preparing” status in the app till this day 🙃
These issues got piled up and I ended up deleting the app and stopped being a customer for herfy due to these bad unforgivable experiences.Show less_Delirious

طلبت من التطبيق والطلب له اكثر من ساعة ونصف ما جاني
اتصلت على خدمة العملاء ما احد يرد لي نصف ساعة
كلمتهم عن طريق التطبيق حقهم وكتبت لهم وما احد اتصل علي
لا انصح اي احد يحمل التطبيق حقهم
ولا انصح احد بالاتصال بخدمة العملاء حقهم
حاولت احمل الصور علشان اوريكم بس ما يسمح لي
