Why do I need to “clip” coupons ? I should only have to press a button and all are added to my bonus card - if I use them great if not oh well -

Cannot add bonus card toApple Wallet
The app is ok, but it’s a pain to have to open the app, and then navigate to my bonus card to scan the card at checkout. There is an option to add it to the Apple Wallet but it does not work. I just get a message that Safari cannot download the file.Wood John
Cannot download to Apple Wallet
Kind of a pain to open the app, then tap My Tops BonusPlus to scan my card at checkout. When I tap “Open in Wallet” I get a message that Safari cannot open this file. Please fix this because it’s much more convenient to have the card in my Apple Wallet!Wallet problem
I like the app & being able to add coupons right to my bonus card. The only problem is you can’t add you bonus card to your wallet, they give you the option to buy it just tells you safari can’t open the link.@johndoemma

Awesome Service from Nancy
I met an angel named Nancy! Yesterday I tried to help my brother-in-law into Tops in Clifton Springs, NY — he’s recovering from a stroke and struggles to move, even holding onto a grocery cart. We barely got into the front door and couldn’t really go forward or back when a woman who worked there offered to get him a chair. She got a chair from the office, helped him sit down, and stayed with him while I quickly bought some food. She made sure that I was able to get my brother-in-law back into my car.

Alden staff& e coupons
Love e coupons but wish they can be used at least 2 or 3 times. I have 2 older sisters over 75 & they don’t know how to do computer apps. E coupons etc. I have limited knowledge but better than them. I try to buy things for them when good deals all 3 of us are on Medicare & limited incomes. Alden tops has wonderful helpful staff.Show less123053
Shopping list
I used to be able to look at your weekly flyer and make my shopping list directly off of it on my phone…. Made life easy….why would you eliminate that feature from the app?Tops or Bottoms
Can’t navigate ANYTHING or login
I’ve been on Wi-Fi, off Wi-Fi, great signal, restarted phone and everything in between. Nothing works and it just hangs up EVERY TIME and I just close out the app and move on with my day.KingCrimson220
