I have had my card since 2017. I finally decided to get the app and it does not give me access. It does not accept my card. What kind of scam are you pulling here? New Tops App
This new format is very difficult to follow. I also miss not being able to see the amount total of coupons I have clipped.Topsshopper

Lost me
Went to sign in but password (saved) not recognized and the change password link is forbidden by Microsoft. Very frustrating.

Took multiple, multiple attempts to get in when told to sign in. Very confusing. Almost made me want to avoid shopping at Tops.kvsgix
Unable to sign in
I love the idea of the app, however my partner and I both tried to download it and sign in tonight, neither of us are able to get past the sign in page. I see this is a common problem others have had as well.jmaloney9308
Navigation terrible
The plus sign in the bottom right hand corner is directly in front of the arrow right sign to advance to the next page. So when you want to advance to the next page you instead pull up the key board …..ridiculous?????Kernude
Not helpful
Great that Tops offers great eCoupons but there is no way to find them through the app. So if I want to know what coupons I have, I need to write them all down. I can’t add items to the shopping list from the ad—so I have to use the search engine and type in each item. From what I have found in the FAQ, you can access the coupons from the mobile website. How does that save any effort? It appears that the developers of this app never actually go grocery shopping.Show lessMuppiepoo
