Top Notch!
Looking to get back to running, I read so many reviews about running apps before deciding to use Coopah. The app is brilliant! Being able to adjust schedules, see and speak to coaches and have a routine that genuinely suits my work/life balance has been key. The schedule is suited to you as an individual and not just a generic one that starts part way through and you feel that you have to play catch up; this one works with the actual information you input. So pleased I chose Coopah and results are already starting to show in my progress and that’s what it’s all about. Thank you.

Fantastic!
I’ve been using Coopah for a short period of time, and so far have found it a really sufficient and great training tool for my runs. I am currently using it to reduce my 10km time and the plan that was tailored to me is challenging, in the right way, yet very manageable. It’s really easy to use, and easily compatible with your smart watch so that the sessions are pushed to it. Il be using this for a good while as I am throughly enjoying it! I really like the look of the app, it’s very easy to follow and you can amend the training if required. The moving around your days on the schedule is one of my favourite features. Thanks Coopah! 🧡

Balanced training suggestion with good interface
I’ve been DIYing my training plan for my first marathon and modeling it from a generic training for beginners online. I thought it was working well until I got to try Coopah and everything fell into place. I’m so glad I found it before I felt burnt out. After I adjusted my training to follow the plan generated from this app, training felt better overall. I didn't feel as tired and I am more prepared for the run variations (from easy run to interval training). It also has a great interface that makes planning for each workout, from running to strength training, so much easier.

Includes everything
Nice app to help get your running time and distance where you want them to be and meet your goals. I like that it has strength training added into the weekly workouts as I typically forget about that when I’m not using a plan.
I’ve tried the rest & this 🤞🏻seems to be the best 🏆
Two weeks into using Coopah & I’m still here logging in, staying on course & enjoying the experience. Whilst I’ve completed quite a few 1/2 & even full Marathon I’ve never really taken having a “Training Plan” seriously often driving into them (and apps) and not sticking the course, life, an injury or just plain laziness has often derailed progress meaning I’ve been stuck at a plateau for a while.
Coopah’s rescheduling features & the humanised interface aka lack of judgement (you can still achieve your streaks) have changed that, if I need to push it a day to recover from pain then that’s cool, if I feel good and want to add another run or workout then that’s also cool.
Coopah’s algorithms seem to be well tuned to adjust my pace, load & have so far kept me consistently on track for longer than any of their competitors. Interestingly it’s also had me run slower for longer which whilst was a bit of a mind shift has started to reap rewards. In summary despite me often calling it Oompha, Coopah is meeting up to expectations so far.

Great
I’ve been using runna for about 8 months but recently spoke to a friend who was using Coopah. The main reason for my switch other than price was that I'm hoping for a 2 hour half marathon in a few months and Runna was predicting me 2.15 I couldn’t figure out how to change it, my new plan on Coopah is working towards my time target and I feel like the interval sessions are really helping. You also have a streak (including rest days) which I love, and you can shuffle work out/rest days to your needs. The streak has pushed me to actually do the strength and conditioning sessions which I always skipped on runna. I am still on the free trial, but I have cancelled Runna and plan on upgrading to the year for £60 when the trial ends 😁

I’ll run sub 2:45 at Brighton because of this app
I signed up for the app in preparation for my first marathon and have to say so far the app has been fantastic. It was very easy to get started and once I’d chosen my goal time for the marathon, the app gave my plan and the start date for the plan. As it is currently some time away the app gave has given me a 10k build up plan as I work towards some races later in the year. The workouts are very easy to understand, they offer a lot of variety (including types of training I had not come across before) and the splits are set to meet your specific goals. The app sends all the data to Strava too which is very nice. I know I’m already making great progress because of Coopah and I’m excited to see how far it can take me! Great app.

Works a treat!
Having been on a training plateau for several months, I’m so pleased to see my VO2 max has increased after just 1 month on the plan. I have been training hard all year but was frustrated as despite regularly doing intervals and speed work alongside longer runs, there was no improvement to my VO2. I switch my training and follow this plan and get a result in a month. The significant change for me has been learning to run those long runs at a very easy pace which in turn improves recovery leaving me fresher when I do the speed work. I. An thoroughly recommend this app and subscription is great value!

Personal trainer in your pocket!
Got my first marathon in the bag thanks to Coopah! 😊 and now on to the next challenge after a recovery plan designed by them.
The people behind Coopah are a wonderful group of like-minded runners working to help you achieve your goals and earn the special feeling of crossing the finish line! I’ve tried many marathon plans but nothing really stuck with me until the end before Coopah. Their training plans are adaptable to your schedule, building a supportive, motivating and realistic plan built to your needs and personal goals. The interface is encouraging and you can even track your runs within the app, or link up your own run tracker/ watch. The best part is that you can reach out to real runners throughout the week for personal advice and recommendations from experienced runners. Would 100% recommend for anybody who loves running and needs something flexible, convenient and ran by REAL experts!

One of the best simple apps to train for running
I got drawn to Coopah from one of my emails from Brighton Marathon. And I must say I was not disappointed. It’s such a welcome change with it’s simplicity in training. One of the very good features is to be able to adjust your assigned training and the ability to speak to a live coach.
It was very easy to follow the training plan for Brighton Marathon. Everyday there was a different run or strength training and it would notify you of the same.
The rating is short of only one star because of the following -
Thing which didn’t work before (and supposed to work with the latest update) is pushing to Strava. You could record using supported Apple Watch or Garmin but that didn’t push to Strava automatically. The reverse worked though i.e. you could import your run from Strava to match a training assigned.
And sometimes the splits wouldn’t appear for the run while on other times it would. So that way it was a bit erratic.
I really liked the app and it allowed me to learn different kinds of run to make the training exciting. I only wish all the other training apps are as simple to use as this. And would love Coopah to include triathlon trainings 😛
Glad I was a Coopie…
