Australian account issue
Signed up a new account by this app, does not recognise Australian address then tried signing in the same account on Australian website they denied access (assuming the account signed into app is American). Aussies don’t sign up via app, sign up through Australian website.

It is only available to but in the us so when can I get it in Canada
Crashes
Everyone I open the Cart, it crashes.
Refunds
Crocs app is very good for offering styles and promo codes. However, beware with returning. I had to fight for my first return. They refused to refund the CND sales tax. They only want to give you the sub-total which is only the shoe.
Disappointing
The app is American only. Why it’s available to download in Canada is beyond me. So disheartening to go through the app and select what you want only to find out you can’t buy them.
Non fonctionnel
Lorsque je « clique » sur localisation de magasin l’application se ferme automatiquement et impossible de mettre l’application en cad c’est en euro et impossible de le changer. Bref inutile cette appli.
App doesn’t show picture reviews.
When I buy things I really really like when the company adds reviews with pictures so customers can help other customers out about quality of the product. On safari crocs allows you too see the pictures with reviews so you know what you’re getting from the help of people who already bought the product. On the app it only gives you a handful of reviews ( for example one of the clogs had OVER 2,000 reviews and it only showed me 10 of them with no option to load more) to look at and there is no option to see any pictures uploaded. I’d rather just use safari at that point.

This company has the worst customer service ever. Whenever you’re trying to get assistance in the chat, your customer service reps and the chat whenever it suits them. They are rude and unwilling to help you with your order that’s in limbo. I will not be spending any more money at this company. I am appalled at how you treat your customers.
