Stopped working

I loved the app for a while it was working well and I could access my pw on my phone when I needed them. It never autofilled like it does on the pc. I have to copy and paste my id and pw every time, but I was ok with that, I think that’s safer. What bothers me is that I haven’t been able to login to the app for a while. I exited the app and started it again, I restarted my phone and tried at different times but nothing helped. It does use my Face ID then I enter my pin and nothing happens after that. It’s been at least 3-4 months if not longer. I don’t know what to do!

Please fix known error with login

See all the reviews before me. It works fine most of the time but occasionally it won’t let you log in at all despite clearing FaceID.

Hangs when I enter my PIN

I am a big fan of bitdefender’s password manager as a browser extension, it’s worked really well for me. However, this iPhone app doesn’t work at all on either of the iPhones I’ve tried it on (one generation 8, the other 11). I’m able to create a PIN code first time but then whenever I enter the PIN to open the app, it just hangs.

app doesn’t load…

i don’t have much to say i have been using it just for passwords whenever i want to sign in whenever i want to open the app it doesn’t open whatsoever

it is been like that over years and didn’t complain about it cus i have been using the app just for sign ins

other than that i didn’t care for the app to open…i even tried to reinstalling it and nothing worked

is there an update or a solution to resolve this?

can’t open the app to make a new account or a new password

can’t…after i enter the pin it is stuck loading forever

how did bitdefender not notice this?

would be nice if it is finally solved and i can use the app again :D

Difficult at the best of times

We switched from Kaspersky and whilst it’s ok I’d say Bitdefender is highly targeted at the American consumer not Australian. So glitchy and signs itself out.Bit defender does security checks in the US on sites not even relevant to me.

Annoying as I need to log in quite often to change my password and it just spins and will not log in.

I’m over it as I’m paying a lot of money $$$$$ for something that is so glitchy.

Clunky

Have found this app really clunky to use. Also unreliable. I lost access and no way to recover vault.

Impossible to use - does not recognize password

I just switched over to Bitdefender from Kaspersky (whose password manager I loved) a month or so ago and have been unable to use the app because it will not recognize it as a valid password. (For the record, I contacted Bitdefender support about three weeks ago, and they have confirmed it is a known issue that they were working on. This is not a case of my entering the pw incorrectly, I asked them to confirm. I reached out again a few days ago to ask for a follow up and have not received a response.)

This renders the whole program practically useless for me because I most often create new passwords while on mobile, not desktop (desktop is working fine) and need them to sync for when I need them on my laptop. I am contacting support again but really wish I’d known about this ahead of time because I would have purchased a completely different package. Wish I could change my subscription sooner than a year from now.

Please fix

This app doesn’t open up when I put in my pin. It defeats the purpose of having a password manager I can use on my phone. I tried to contact support before rating but there wasn’t an option to contact support about the password manager app.

Unusable product

On the Mac version, the vault closes every time you close the browser, requiring you to enter your master password every time you open your browser. There is a Remember Me checkbox when signing in, but it does nothing. The extension won’t remember you after you close browser. The developer has known about this problem since at least 2023 according to the feedback on their website.

Loading screen forever

If you’re having this issue, uninstall the app, and then reinstall. It should fix the problem. But this shouldn’t be a problem from an app you’re paying for in the first place, so once you are able to log back in, take your passwords and find a different password manager.
