Please fix known error with login
Hangs when I enter my PIN
app doesn’t load…
it is been like that over years and didn’t complain about it cus i have been using the app just for sign ins
other than that i didn’t care for the app to open…i even tried to reinstalling it and nothing worked
is there an update or a solution to resolve this?
can’t open the app to make a new account or a new password
can’t…after i enter the pin it is stuck loading forever
how did bitdefender not notice this?
would be nice if it is finally solved and i can use the app again :D

Difficult at the best of times
Annoying as I need to log in quite often to change my password and it just spins and will not log in.
I’m over it as I’m paying a lot of money $$$$$ for something that is so glitchy.
Clunky
Impossible to use - does not recognize password
This renders the whole program practically useless for me because I most often create new passwords while on mobile, not desktop (desktop is working fine) and need them to sync for when I need them on my laptop. I am contacting support again but really wish I’d known about this ahead of time because I would have purchased a completely different package. Wish I could change my subscription sooner than a year from now.
