Glitchy and inconsistent app
As written in the title
This app is frustrating
Frustrating. App is awful. Saves my credit card but tells me it’s declined whenever I make an order. So I have to renter my card info every time. And it doesn’t give you points if you order online. It will tell you to put in the receipt number but that doesn’t work also.
Get rid of the dumb video when you open the app and fix the real issues already.

Automatically adds tip & doesn’t give you the option to opt-out
It’s okay not great
Would love to able to customize drinks when ordering through the app. Ie. adding syrups to lattes, etc
Missing basics — when are stores open?
That’s the most basic thing— when are you open/ what are your hours. No orders, rewards, anything is possible if you’re not open.
Not listed for the stores around me. And if you don’t know / store hours are random that’s even worse.
Downloaded & created an account. All that trouble yo not get the most basic question answered.

I love the organic environment here !! :)
The app is horrible
This app is by far the worst on my phone. I had been wanting them to make an app for awhile now but now the at it’s out I don’t use it. It’s slow to open, clunky to use, not very intuitive, and the graphics/pictures are horribly used. There’s literally nothing I like about this app at all and in my eyes reflects poorly on their brand.

So upset!
I’ve been a black card holder for a while now, and they told me I wouldn’t be allowed to use any of my points. That’s fantastic, and I go to open my app, and the last 3 visits haven’t been accounted for. All customers love rewards, knowing I lost all my black car points and I haven’t received my points the last few visits….. I am not a happy customer.

I’m so happy there’s finally an app for Better Buzz. Makes things so much more convenient! 😍
The only thing I would change, is to be able to store a form of payment or even Apple Pay for reloading gift cards stored on the app. I have my black card stored, and every time I want to reload I have to re-enter my debit card. Other than that, it’s perfect. I’m sure there are still kinks to be worked out since it’s brand new.

Doesn’t load
Your app doesn’t load after the new iPhone update. I love better buzz but I can’t use your app.
