Very disappointed with your website and the copy in Phoenix, Arizona Arizona. Number one I’m visit Impaired and cannot read any of all those pictures you’ve got with the yellow background and cannot read whatever it says there are no pricing in your website if it is, I can’t read it. I’ve gone to your Better Buzz Coffee shop. And it always takes longer to just get my order and the time we fashion. My family has bought me a Better Buzz gift card, but I have not used it because it’s so hard to get in and out of your doors.Show lessDip shift
Love the flavor
I ordered the white chocolate mocha which was really good when I ordered the chai tea for my wife it was like plain milk with hardly any flavor, plus they charged me an extra dollar for an extra pump. Go figureGK Bear
Hillcrest Better Buzz poor awareness management
Very disappointed went to better buzz in San Diego Hillcrest location. The line was wrapping around inside next to eating tables with people hovering over us eating our food. The line should have been direct to go outside the door. No management around to address this situation. Poor awareness management.Show lessz4jon

I personally think lines need to be improved and better managed creating to much traffic and hard for other cars to get out back out. And also I didn’t receive good service while waiting at drive through I didn’t get my order taken I had to order at the window the girl at the window was very kind and took my order very quickly :)Show lessDhcnshsh

I’ve never been to bitter Buzz before, so didn’t know what to expect. I was met with good service but lots of options. Took me a little bit to order, but everybody was helpful and once I got my food and drink I was very satisfied I’ll be back.👍🏽👍🏽MUSTBDJ

First time in to this store, it use to be a Starbucks. The staff was very welcoming, great service, delicious coffee, very clean store, the bakery case looked amazing, loved the decor and the theme….i will return.
