Literally never works
I always have to do an order online via laptop or safari because the online order doesn’t work and throws me through a loop of “please log in” when I’m already logged in. Never have this issue with the browser and the same log in information. Would love if the app worked.

Troubled mobile ordering
Mobile order works 25% of the time at theHillcrest location. Numerous people have to show a screenshot or order history to get their drink, consistent issue (4x).
