So hard to get points
It is so challenging to add money to a gift card on the app, there is no way to save a card on file or to easily get points when you simply pay without a gift card. Why is is so much easier to get points on the Starbucks app but you guys make it way more difficult. It should not require a college degree to understand the app and how to use it to get points. Love the coffee and thank god or I wouldn’t go there.Show lesskvrisv
Great service and coffee
From my server , Grace to the delicious coffee what a positive experience. I needed to download the app and Grace again helped me get it all correct.

Wow! I’ve been drinking various drinks from other well known establishments for 40 years, but I will say, Better Buzz is the BEST ever!NOTORIOUSGIBB
Fix issue with “verify details” screen
I love that better buzz has an app to mobile order. However, what is so annoying is that everytime I open it, the app wants me to enter in my phone number. When I enter it - the app tells me my number is already taken, and it’s difficult to get out of that screen. I swipe allover trying to get out of it and sometimes no matter how much swiping I do I can’t get out of the screen and place my order. I wonder if I am the only one who has this issue. Anyway if it weren’t for this I would rate this app 5 stars.Show lessGagaooohlala
Slow
This place is horribly slow I know they're busy, but if it takes 10 minutes to get coffee, they need to hire more people and be careful when you order online they tip automatically, which I think stinksme2376854
BEST COFFEE!
I usually drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day from Starbucks due to my work schedule! But ever since I was introduced to better buzzz… oh my! What can I say?! Better buzz are not stingy with the ingredients! For SURE! For some reason the baristas seem happier at better buzz than Starbucks! Maybe they get paid more! Literally never works
I always have to do an order online via laptop or safari because the online order doesn’t work and throws me through a loop of “please log in” when I’m already logged in. Never have this issue with the browser and the same log in information. Would love if the app worked.aka_alex00
