Great drinks. A lil more spendthrift than Starbucks. C’mon BB - give us a break. That being said the drinks are yum yum time. We especially love their Rose. Ardemos Latte & Lavender Vanilla Iced Latte. Today I tried Best Drink Ever (Americano with Vanilla cream on top). I loved it!
Glitchy app
The app is very glitchy and never loads any news or offers as it’s supposed to. I was expecting on getting a reward for a free drink after my first purchase as mentioned in the promo email but…I never got it. 🤦🏻♀️ I was told by an employee to wait a few days for it to load but still nothing. PLEASE fix this app!

Charges card but order gets declined
This has happened already on 2 separate occasions of ordering ahead on the app. After confirming my order and pressing PAY, it will say “card declined” yet my bank gets charged and my better buzz acct shows I cancelled the order even though I didn’t. YES THE PAYMENT WAS NOT RETURNED TO CARD. Needs an update pls

Modifiers within app need work
I would have ordered ahead using the app, but I couldn’t add lavender flavor to my honey latte, and I wanted to order the breakfast sandwich, but without arugula. Even a simple instructions box would be helpful.
