Missing links
It’s smoother & easier to navigate but it no longer includes links to send items to someone else, and that’s a big miss. My husband does the grocery purchasing in our household & the old web-based app allowed me to send him links to every item I needed. This new version does not, so now the app is pretty useless to me except for browsing & looking up items. I guess I could screen shot and text but that’s really not very efficient. Pharmacy downgrade
I use the app for refilling my prescriptions. In the previous app I requested the ability to scan multiple prescriptions to order at once to be brought back. It was not. I have arthritis in my hands and I need the ability to easily refill my prescriptions. There are many! I really don’t appreciate this new version that has me put in my prescription number manually. Are you kidding me?? Poor choice for an app. Plus everything is so tiny, it seems to be formatted for a website and not an app. Is this like the gaming company Blizzard, cuz this seems released with all kinds of bugs. As others said, coupons are awful. The app is awful. Please give me the email of the person who pitched this. We need to have words. Very upset.Show lessMadMommyOfTwo
Second update - try again
Update: I have figured a way around this app. To Avoid having the headache of having to log in to the app each time you use it, just don’t use it. You can enter your phone number at checkout to use coupons and get fuel rewards. The receipt tell you your fuel rewards. Maybe when the interns return, the app will be improved and it will become useable — someday….. ******** I can’t link my old card. If I want to use it at the store to scan my number, I am alway told that my login expired. I can’t just log in. I need to sign out and then sign in again. I mostly use it for gas rewards. I think Costco is cheaper for gas, so I will just use my old card if needed to avoid coupons and forget about rewards. It is not worth it.Show lessBill54321
Pop ups
I wanted to clip multiple coupons but a big green pop up comes up with every coupon clicked. Plus, it’s glitchy and won’t let you close the green box right away, so I can’t keep scrolling and adding coupons. If this was fixed it would be a much better app.AmRou13
Not functional
I have not been able to log in since I downloaded this app. It just tells me that a problem has occurred and try later. This leaves me unable to look at coupons, or place and order online. Also, maybe it’s coincidental, but since I downloaded this app I have not been able to use my phone number in store to receive rewards/use the cub based coupons. Such a downgrade.Show lessNicole1476
Wasn’t broken….
Old version was better. New version does NOT keep one logged in. New version is NOT intuitive.
New version does NOT have fuel rewards accessible from Home Screen. New version requires too much digging around just to locate basic information.Little MN Player
Terrible
Since the new app I have not been able to redeem gas rewards or use the rewards card while shopping. My phone number is no longer associated with the account even though I have added it and every time I tried to bring up my rewards card on the app it tells me my session has timed out and I need to log back in BUT there is no prompt to log back in. I have to delete the app and re-download it just to be able to sign back in. And the next time I go shopping I have the same problem. I am losing discounts and losing gas rewards because of your new app.Show lessnuckname2021
Needs improvement
The app is laid out nice but it has some major flaws that need to be adjusted. It won’t let me view cub rewards or fuel rewards without signing in each time. The app tells you to log out and log back in. The only issue is you can’t find where to log out. The app needs a better layout for logging in and out and it should be so that you don’t have to log out and in to view certain parts of the app. Just keep me logged in!Show lessJNYBERG
Can’t save to shopping list
When viewing items from weekly ad, you cannot add items to a shopping list. I click on an item in the ad to get the details; then there is no option to save it to a list. I select the “Save to List” option from the pop up and nothing saves. With the previous version of the app, you could tap on the photo and the app would at least circle the item for you for visual reference when shopping. As another reviewer pointed out, the Hy-Vee app is so much better and less time consuming to figure out and use. I’m going to delete the Cub app and probably shop elsewhere, like Hy-Vee. Bring old app back
This new app does not show you anywhere that I could find what gas rewards you’ve earned. I even asked customer service and they couldn’t find it either. You also are unable to do a list for when you go grocery shopping. I do not use online shopping. For me this is a worthless app and it has actually cut my shopping at cub down.Show lessmrschaplain
