  • Port your number to something else!

    The absolute unforgivable issue with this phone app is that the phone doesn’t work. When answering customer calls or making calls to customers the issues we see are ~20 seconds for the call to connect (which leads to a lot of “hello?” “Hello?” “Can you hear me?”) and tons of dropped calls. We constantly have to call a customer 2-3 times before we can get a line that connects and doesn’t drop. This is TERRIBLE for our business image. The texting works 90% of the time but we’ve still dealt with customers not receiving important texts leading to scheduling issues. DO NOT USE THIS. If you’ve already signed up, port over your number to a better app, which is what we’re doing now!

  • Keep improving the app

    I think the app is great for text messaging and sending pictures, but it needs to be better for calls and connecting. It takes forever for the calls to connect, and it’s always dropping calls and other similar issues. However, I use it because it’s cheap, and I can at least text my clients.
  • Even Better than Skype

    This app does what it is supposed to do and even a tad bit more.

    I purchased the Corporate Phone service in addition to a website from DreamHost. The service from DreamHost was very much subpar, (the e-mail does not work with apple devices,) but the corporate phone service was surprisingly useful and effective. It even works to send and receive images; but sadly, they will not remain indefinitely and ephemerally disappear after about two weeks. Really though, that is the only negative thing I can say about the service thus far — again, quite surprising for something I only paid for as a bonus service in addition to the actual product.

  • Not reliable

    I have been using for about a month now and I have had calls coming through and then pick up and the call drops. I’ve had calls that I could not answer, only to go back to look at missed calls with no record of the missed call.
  • Great customer service

    Love the app , and the customer service is friendly and knowledgeable on their product
  • The phone cuts off every 5 mins

    This app is painful. Every 5-7 mins the other person can’t hear me or I can’t hear them and I have to end the call. It’s embarrassing.
    Customer service were very kind and helpful, however couldn’t fix the problem. Unfortunately I had to transfer the number to another service.
  • Crashes

    This app crashes so much. So frustrating when texting a long text the screen just blacks out and you have to text all over again. Sometimes when trying to make or receive a call you are not able to answer and its just quite and then you have to reset app and return call. Almost everytime. Please fix these issues. If it wasn't for the separate phone number i eould never use this app.

  • Improvement

    At first the app had several latency issues and made it difficult for me to navigate my business. This newer version of the app is quite the improvement. Kudos!
  • Will probably cancel soon

    I have this service through registered agents and it’s probably the worst service that they have to offer. I’ve used VoIP services in the past and this one just doesn’t cut it, especially for a business. The SMS message notifications come but then it takes a while to be able to see it. It seems like the only phone calls that connect are the ones that come in from phone numbers saved in my contact list. There’s a definite delay with the connection when making and receiving calls. I just gave out a bunch of business cards so that’s the only reason that I don’t cancel now but I’m going to stop handing them out so that I can eliminate this service.

  • Not reliable

    Most of my calls have been either dropped, or they’re has been a 5-7 second delay. Also, I will often miss calls completely and receive a voicemail. I was expecting a higher level of service for an additional business line. I guess you get what you pay for. After reading other reviews, I will be removing the app and looking at other options.
