  • Laggy and not all messages appear

    You’ll get a notification that you got a text, but when you open it, the message isn’t there. You have to refresh the screen then back out of the message then go back in to the message for it to actually update.
  • Dropped calls

    It drops every call after 30 seconds and we have to call the customer back from an outside line. Can’t port the number over to a proper business cell line either. Yikes. We’ve tried using it for business for a few months. Always end up having to call back from another line. Not dependable on WiFi or cellular.

  • Do you even try to fix customer issues???

    I have been having issues with the system for months now. Dropping calls. Customers not hearing me when I answer. Customers calling and phone not ringing. Phone saying connecting and it takes so long sometimes my customers hang up. On top of that I have called on numerous occasion's and nothing has changed. My last phone call was a week ago. Was told someone from IT would be calling me. Guess what? No call. I called and left 2 messages yesterday and guess what? No call back. This system is horrible!!! Try a different phone service. You will thank me later!!!!

  • Phone Speed

    When calling someone from the number there is a notable connection delay. The receiving party answers the phone and says “hello” but the call hasn’t even picked up on my end yet. It’s still ringing. Usually the person has to say hello two or three times before I’m hearing it as the caller on my line. Not a good customer experience. I also did the connection test within the app and it gave me an A rating. So apparently this is the best it will get.

    Best SM, Thank you for your feedback! We've been working on rebuilding our infrastructure to address voice feature issues. The upcoming February update will bring substantial improvements to our legacy system.
  • Doesn’t connect over the app anymore

    I’ve been using this app now for over one year, since I’m traveling globally. This app was provided by my agency. I’ve used it globally with full satisfaction but since the last update I’m not able to make calls anymore or send text messages. This means that my customers of my two companies can not reach me anymore. And this is a bad thing. I’ve reached out to the team yesterday by email and got an answer back. They state that the app doesn’t work overseas. Which is strange because they wrote in their statement “Go mobile! Take Phone Service everywhere you go, with the Corporate Phone mobile app.” And when I read everywhere then I would think it should be everywhere, because everywhere is not only the U.S. If this is not going to be solved I need to go elsewhere because this is very bad for my business.

  • Calling from app

    Whenever I use the app to add a number or call a number. The app add a 0 at the beginning of the number instead of +1, which doesn’t allow me to make the call. I have to login the browser to add the number- very inconvenient. I hope this is fixed soon
  • Doesn’t work consistently.

    This service is cheap but it just doesn’t work consistently. The text message/sms worked in the beginning but doesn’t anymore and when I receive calls most of the time when I try to pick up it doesn’t work.

    I called support and emailed them about the feature. The gentleman was eager to help. I'm very happy with the app and customer service.
  • Difficulty receiving calls

    Calls come through if WiFi is not connected or if call forwarding is enabled. And when it’s enabled I don’t know where it’s coming from because call forwarding is enabled. This bug needs to be fixed.
