I love what the app claims it will do but hate that it doesn’t work. Calls going out hardly connect. Texts won’t send at all unless I am messaged first. Honestly should give it a 1 star since I’m trying to use this number as a business line and can hardly use the app at allMordecaiinalaska

Returns text messages Willy-Nilly, and I have not received any voicemails in almost 2 weeks. The only reason I know this is because personal friends have contacted me. App was working fine but over the last month 80% of messages will not go through .
Shows up not delivered and when you go to the web page it flags the out going message as Spam. Just been horrible the last 30 day. Really frustratingPMServices
Is this actually being worked on?
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. Truly. Answering the phone it doesn’t connect. I have to play phone tag for like 3 minutes in order to take a call. The calls, texts, voicemails don’t show up when you click the notification. You have to refresh the app by swiping off. I literally have to find another service if this doesn’t get better. It’s affecting my business and has for the last 3 months. I’ve been giving it a try because my business #is attached to everything and would need to get a whole new number and system and update all my records. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this god aweful app.Show lesstruski21
Free trial, definitely not keeping
I tried this service for my new business and have found it pretty much useless. Phone calls don’t connect and they aren’t HIPAA compliant - both (obviously) huge issues for a private practice therapist. Big thumbs down.Emleecam

I love the app when I am able to answer my calls but there are times when I’m unable to answer.kayers
Too many glitches
I have had this app for nearly one year, and it has never worked smoothly. Various issues from calls not connecting when dialed out or received, not showing any contacts, when I have created them, not showing missed calls, and today, I can’t access the keypad to dial a number that was left on my phone number a missed call was forwarded to.
