    It won’t let you log in and if you forgot your password and click forgot password it doesn’t let you reset your password. Don’t waste your time with this app.
  • Just got the app. It won’t end calls via app. Must close app entirely

    I just opened up a new holdings company and I was issues this as apart of the plan. I wanted to test out the service and had my wife call the new number. It worked in terms of receiving the calls, but the calls themselves wouldn’t end via the applications hang up button. Had to manually tab out and shut down/close app for the call to end.

  • Won’t allow me to login

    It won’t allow me to login and it won’t even allow me to do forgot password. On my registered agent site it gives me the option to have this phone service for a monthly fee. I can only access it via the website however which is extremely inconvenient. On the site it shows the mobile phone app service with the directions on how to access it. I downloaded this app and tried ti login to no avail. I’ve gone back and forth between the website and the app to make sure everything is correct and still won’t work for me. I don’t understand this app! It doesn’t even give you the option to choose help or contact someone. So hopefully someone sees this review

  • Worst app

    Not gonna lie, if I didn’t really like my phone number i would drop this service/app. It lags and delays answer calls so i miss them. Voicemail and voice to text is very messy and inconsistent. You click on one and it reads the message of another. Can’t read texts while on phone. Several things are very wrong with this app. My trial is over and I’m really debating keeping this service/app.

  • What’s happening?

    Not receiving calls to phone and they are supposed to be transferred. It rings and go straight to voicemail

    Hi! Sorry to hear about the issues with the phone service. Sounds like your call forward may be being blocked by the receiver. You can resolve this issue by using our caller ID feature so it ties your information to your phone service number. Within the web portal we have resources to reach out and help troubleshoot issues you’re having.

  • Terrible app

    I have been using this app for a while now through my registered agent for an LLC. It doesn’t show any media in messages AND the phone numbers that appear aren’t the actual number of the people who are calling. I’ll get random calls from numbers in Texas, but it’ll actually be a client in LA who is calling and I can’t even call them back or get any info about their phone number because it’s never the right one. Also, sometimes when I try to pick up the phone call it’ll just drop the call. Surely it can’t be very hard to fix these issues which should be baseline for a phone calling app…

    Good news–media messaging will be released soon, but for right now we have sms messaging. While we offer options for out-bound caller ID, we don’t have control over incoming caller IDs. As with any VoIP service, a strong internet connection ensures the best call quality. Inside of the app, we have plenty of resources to help with troubleshooting.
  • Can’t see my texts

    I keep getting notified that I have messages but when I go in the app it shows no conversations. I can’t create messages either. This is highly frustrating. Need to explore other options at this point because this is ridiculous

    Hi Jass. That does sound frustrating. Let us know if it is still happening. We have recently released an update that should have resolved this issue.
  • Does not work

    I have my phone number attached to this app. But the app is useless it seems, I do not get any notifications. No notifications about calls, texts, or voicemails. All those notifications seem to only appear online when I am signed in, but I am supposed to be signed in all the time to receive messages and calls? That doesn’t work. Please fix this in the next update. Thank you!

  • Horrible App

    This app is beyond disappointing! The phone never rings and the app automatically closes whenever I try to edit a contact. So bad

    We’ve recently released an update that supports people running an older IOS version. If you are still experiencing any trouble, try updating your software version.
