App is about Qatar nothing else
This app shows only results of the games ans schedules. Every time you click on steam it directs you to how to get to the venue. No info about groups and tournament. What a shame.OtrUser

Attending FIFA WC at risk because of this app
Trying to change applicant category desperately for 3 weeks, not possible. Status stuck on pending without possibility to change. Support center unaccessible. Match tickets bought, air-tickets bought, travel documents in order, acommodation sorted, yet still may not be able to go to Qatar because this app is not working! The funniest thing is that I was able to change category for my minor son, but not for me! So, is Hayya going to reimburse me for money I spent? And to explain to my son that we may not go to matches after he was looking forward to it for two years?NedMaVu

Dear User, apologies for the caused inconvenience. Unfortunately, this unpleasant experience is not related to the app or the portal. Many people haven't followed the instructions of the application and as a result, it takes longer time for their approval. Please access the portal > Go to My Hayya > Hayya Application Status > Application processing Status > Update Applicant Category > Validate & Submit. If you are an international fan don't forget to confirm your accommodation arrangements if you have not done so.Worst experience of my life
My flight to Qatar leaves in 1 hour and I have yet to receive my hayya card.

I did not find any issues with the tickets and the acceptance of the Haaya card was approved in less than 5 minutesbdhdhdhhshxh

Car entry permit
When I click on “car entry permit” nothing is showing but an empty page with no content. I emailed you regarding this issue and I received nothing useful!!Àziz
Terrible
My Hayya has been approved for months but will no longer show on the app.
I am trying to reserve parking but the app says "No Match Day Pass" yet my Hayya says "Match Day Visit"
I have called, emailed, etc. No help. I'm told to update the app.
One person opened a support ticket through another agency. It's been nearly two weeks and nothing.
This is a major world event and there's a high level of unpreparedness happening.crm25
