    I got the app and this is one that I definitely needed. I listen to it or follow it everyday. Stephanie is so motivational and this will definitely help me meet my goals.

    From the daily challenges to the exercise videos the inspiration is everything I need to continue my journey. Do you love to walk and listen to encouraging words, then listen to the audio walking challenge. Recipes are easy to follow. Step it up with Steph has it all and that’s why I just love it!

    Nice and easy access to weight loss tips and motivation. Such a fun community of people that become friends.

    Just started walking with Steph and this has helped me get a routine. The information on the app is amazing. I can’t wait to try the recipes as they look delicious. Steph is amazing with her motivation I feel like I finally have someone in my corner.

    I love this app for a lot of reasons (recipes, cook with steph videos, reasonable workouts, variety of workouts, daily challenges) but my favorite feature is the audio walking track(s). Listening to them while I walk really helps me stay positive and motivated to walk longer! Thanks Steph!

    I have been following Steph since her Walk and Talk with Joyce S. I started the 12 Week program with her and love the encouragement along with daily challenges she adds to the app.
  • Exercise

    I would like if Stephanie can show senior citizens that have issues with lower back and knees (can’t kneel - I can’t get on the floor) 🙁 special exercises they can do. I can’t do burpees, squats, lunges, planks. It’s awful. I use to be able to do them all. My motivation is 👎
