  • Great app for guidance and inspiration!

    This is my second review ….
    I’m finding that these mini daily and monthly challenges are more effective than one would think for such a short duration. Just today , the cervical neck exercise and punching up in the air helped loosen me up before doing chores.
    I love the variety of short or long sessions that gives you the option for what fits into your schedule!
    Add in Steph’s positive reinforcement and it’s a win win!

    I signed up for lifetime subscription and I am finding it to be a great accent to my overall fitness and nutrition plan. I love that the short workouts are really affective, especially when I’m short on time on my busier days. Great all around app.

  • Looking for a fitness-nutrition APP?

    The Step It Up with Steph APP is the best thing I ever got for myself. I’m working on my exercise, health & nutrition and this has turned out to be so beneficial. there’s so many great components of it such as workouts, daily challenges, daily quotations, nutrition info, audio walking challenges and so much more. Stephanie is so positive, upbeat & supportive. I put the Daily Challenge on my calendar to do. The different workouts help me fine tune what I’m working on or need to work on. I haven’t used all the different components yet and am still discovering things that will help me. I wish I had found this sooner. Recently started listening to the audio walking challenges and it feels like Stephanie is walking with me. A great approach no matter what level you are. I can’t say enough good things about the APP. Make sure to check it out!

  • An App that is different than all the others!

    Stephanie Mansour changed my mindset of what fitness and nutrition should be…a reward and not a punishment. Any trainer I’ve had in the past whether they were in person or virtual practiced “tough love”. Steph just practices love and that resonates with me. This is a program I can do as a beginner as well as through intermediate and advanced fitness. The app has everything you need to be successful…daily motivation, workouts, recipes, nutrition info, etc. Steph is the best and her positivity makes me want to open up the app every day. Love her videos…especially yoga and the resistance training she demonstrates and explains so well. You will love this app!

  • Step it up Motivation

    I downloaded Step it Up with Steph App in June 2022 and joined the group. The app has so much to offer. What I enjoy most is the audio walking challenges. They keep me motivated and when I need an extra confidence boost I repeat some of the challenges. I also can find all the strength training videos when I want to get in some weight training.
