Birthday won’t work
I tried to enter the birthday into the profile but it didn’t work
So
Ok I tried everting but it won’t let me sign up I feel like it would be great because of the reviews but it won’t let me!
Login issues
Im sure the app is great, but it wont even let me make an account. I tried putting in my birthday and it wont show up so i cant really use the app. Plz tell me what i can do to fix this if i can.
Doesnt let me sign up
I saw an advertisement for it and downloaded the app. When I tried to sign up, i was filling out the information but it didnt let me input my birthday. Please fix this.

Went to download it and it will not allow me to put in my birthday when I got to sign in

My coach ended the chat after a few days but that is because I had restrictions on
Love it!
I have not tried any of the life coaches yet because I have trouble talking to anyone about anything, but everything I have done with the app has worked well! I would suggest some kind of “average mood over the past month” type graph somewhere to make it even better, so you can see your progress, but that’s just an idea. Again, thank you for making such a great app! I love it! (Sorry this is so long-winded, I seem to have trouble keeping things short. Thank you for reading this far, though!)

Problems
So I downloaded the app but it wont open. I can’t figure out what the problem is. I have deleted it and reinstalled it but it still wont work.
Didn’t work
I was excited when i downloaded it but when i opened up the app it crashed i tried re downloading it three times and it kept crashing still looks like a cool app though
Age limit?
I saw this app on my instagram and thought maybe it could help me too. I knew it said teens but thought that was just the “target” demographic. People in their 20’s could also benefit from this. Especially if its as helpful as all of these reviews are saying. Kinda disappointed. I didn’t know there ways an age cutoff for getting good mental health help.
