  • Awful

    Since I signed up it’s been nothing but a headache, immediately can’t access my account because it’s stuck at the “State of residence” screen like I’m just signing up for it, despite the fact that my account and employer are already set up. Support is no help, I was told last week it would be resolved in 48 hours. Well, a week later and it’s still not fixed and they won’t return my emails. Do yourself a favor, and simply struggle until payday this whole app is a joke and I regret signing up

  • Great app but.

    It’s really a great app. I love how it tells you how much you’ve earned for the day. I definitely like how it allows you to take a certain amount out of your check. But for some reason it hasn’t been letting me login in. I’ve used the same login since I downloaded the app and it won’t let me login anymore. It tells me to check to make sure all the information is correct and try again but it’s correct and it still won’t let me in. I’ve even changed my password twice and it still won’t let me login.

  • May not come when you want it but its right on time.

    Theres an old church saying about how someone or something may not come when you want, but it will come when you need it and it will be at the time you need it most. And that is what I recall in my mind when using UKG wallet app.

    I would like to be paid daily but that is not always ideal for me personally. My allowance from my daily income earnings post on UKG usually on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday, therefore I have spending money for the week and weekend to use on gas, food and small emergency unexpected expenses if needed to make it through until the upcoming paycheck.

    UKG wallet also offers customers to have multiple debit cards and bank accounts to transfer money into once your earnings post which is one of many of my favorite features on the app.

  • Better off paying a little more for ADP, Insperity etc.

    UKG itself has a ton of issues constantly. Closing payroll takes me forever due to lag time, slow processing etc. UKG wallet is something else to be desired. Apparently the UKG wallet Payday advance option malfunctions frequently. It has happened to me and the “customer service” chat/phone line is unhelpful and unlnowledgeable, there is no time frame as to when things would get fixed and they have one set paragraph for these incidents “due to the technical nature of this incident, it coins take some time” as they off the bat said “it wound take to the end of the day”. Upsetting but I’ve worked with companies who have used UKG and it has always had issues and problems with no help for customers. Do better and quit playing the “we don’t know anything” game.

  • Worst Experience EVER

    I used UGK at a former employer, and when I had an issue with another card I went back to UGK. I switched my Direct Deposit to the card. It has been a nightmare. I’m currently waiting on my 3rd bi-weekly deposit. It does NOT post “up to 2 days earlier” as advertised. My employer released my funds for deposit on Wednesdays, I don’t get it til Friday, which is the regular payday. Nobody at UGK can tell me why. They blame my employer (I work for the STATE of Arkansas lol). I was issued a card. My mail is held at the post office. Card never arrived even tho in the app it says it did. They sent it to an old address, wouldn’t let me change my address to the place I actually live. I in turn had the post office hold my mail, still no card. I have asked to speak to a supervisor on numerous occasions, only to be told they will schedule a callback for a supervisor to speak with me, never got that call back. The card isn’t compatible with anything except Apple Pay, so when I go get funds deposited, they have to be transferred to my Apple Pay and then sent to Venmo so I can access my money. It’s an absolutely atrocious situation. Once I finally get this deposit, if ever, I’m closing the account. I just wanted to warn any potential customers DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. If I could give less than one star I would!

  • Wow, that easy?

    I was advised to download this app by my HR advocate to help with a bill in a pinch. Literally solved my problem in a literal 60 second minute. Amazing, seamless. Thanks for taking the time to make sure your app runs smooth and there’s no weird glitches or bugs that cause delays. I didn’t know how or if this would work but I’m blown away by the ease. 10 out of 10, def gonna recommend.

  • Inconsistent in funds availability

    Most support reps seem to be clueless when contacting them via chat in the app to resolve an issue. Had different reps give me completely different answers which none seem to address the issue. At times, the fund availability does not reset on the expected date. When contacting support, it should be common sense to view and see that 70% of the time the funds availability resets on a specific date within a pay period. When that does not happen, its pointless and a waste of time to ask support to review previous dates of availability as they only seem to copy and paste generic answers which clearly does not address the issue.

  • Great App

    Hey everything works well. What would make the experience even better is if Wallet and Pro Classic could sync up to convert the amount taken out early into hrs and deduct it from the hrs worked portion in Pro Classic. That way it’s easier to calculate what we should actually expect when the paycheck comes in rather than trying to remember how much we took out.

  • Mixed feelings, DO NOT USE THE UKG CARD

    Ive had the app for a short period and its worked well all the way up until I applied for the card. It allowed me to create and activate a digital card however once I put money onto it it became unusable digitally and would not flip over so I could see the back of the card. Im still waiting on the physical card to arrive and the money shows its available $300 but its stuck in limbo until the app decides to start working or the card arrives. Ive spoken with support through email, text, and over the phone however its been over a week and nothing has changed. I was told my card wasn’t activated and I needed to do so in the app that was incorrect. I was then told I needed to call a number “card services” however to they require all information on card that I don’t have access to. I was assured that they’re working diligently to resolve this the term “high priority” was used. However I truly believe Im being passed around with hopes that I’ll just go away $300 while not a lot of money these days is still nothing to sneeze at I needed that $ in an emergency Id be completely screwed.

    Long story short, If new don’t apply for the card it is clearly a work in progress and they have been very slow getting this particular situation taken care of. I will leave an updated review once something changes.

    The app works, but barely. Forgot password? Good luck, you’ll look at a load screen for an eternity. The app crashes when adding cards through a certain a screen, but you can eventually get a work around to work. This app could be greatly improved with some bug fixes. Until then, 3/5 at best.
