Perfect recipe/cooking app

Beautiful App with Great UI
I spent about an hour looking through recipe apps before I came to this one. It’s basically perfect, it has every feature I would want. The sharing features look great although I have not yet convinced anyone to try it with me. Definitely give this one a try.
Only flaw is minor UI quirks that I’m sure will improve with time. Ex: Account button can be buggy, iPad buries the global search bar behind an icon on recipe list despite tons of room…
It also includes the option to export your recipes in multiple data formats, which is great because if one day this app ceases development you won’t have to manually export all of your data.CoolerMudkip

a MUST HAVE to stay organized
I love this recipe manager sooo much. I used to save my recipes in my Notes app and/or browser bookmarks, but it was too chaotic to sift through—not to mention a waste of time. I’m so happy I discovered Umami because not only could I see all my saved recipes in one app, I absolutely love the functionality of being able to seamlessly import a recipe from a website (no more copying and pasting!). And I also adore how I’m able to add tags to a recipe, so I’m able to filter recipes by what I’m craving, or what ingredients I currently have, etc. It has a very simple interface with no annoying advertisements. I like to look at recipes through my phone, and also on my laptop, so it’s super nice to sync everything to your account. This is a must have app, especially if you cook a lot. I would rate it 100 stars if I could.BaguetteCat
