Love where this app is going!
I've been looking for a good recipe app for a while so I can separate mine from my regular notes (and also make it easier to import them). This is a really nice, clean, simple app so far!
Edit: the dev is super quick with updates! I had a couple of features on my wish list in my original review, and they've already been implemented a short time later. Keep up the great work! 🙌'Ru

Thanks for the great feedback! With the update this morning, I’ve added full recipe book export, full account export, sorting, and global search. I especially like being able to search across all my tags now, I don’t know how we survived without that! Please check it out and let me know what you think! I’ve been using the Umami app for three months now and it truly blows other recipe management apps out of the water. I’ve tried Paprika and Mela in the past, but they’re missing key collaboration features. Using Umami, my spouse and I are able to share recipes with each other, as well as with our friends and family. Having both a mobile app and desktop web interface is also really convenient for device switching. This makes weekly meal prep and cooking for special occasions so much easier. Clean, simple, just works
Thank you for making a recipe app that is the antithesis of the modern online recipe experience. It's fast, it's intuitive, and it just works. There aren't any gimmicks, there aren't any ads, and there isn't a person's grandma's life story that must be scrolled past in order to see what ingredients you need for baklava. Everyone in my family loves it and it's been a pleasure to use. Keep fighting the good fight--this is exemplary software!c_j_e__

This app is the best thing I could ask for when it comes to saving recipes. It’s clean, straightforward, and intuitive. My favorite feature is that I can directory import a recipe from a web link. This cuts out all of the adds, videos, and clutter that bog down online recipes. Great app.RangerJim1031

I love this app. It seamlessly imports recipes from anywhere, stores them and gives a great interface to cook from.
I love the ingredient list with ability to mark off what I already have at home. It is a great companion for shopping and for cooking. Love sharing the best recipes easily with friends and family as well.mollbolio
