Terrible Game

There are other games with the same concept that are much better. Too many items that have very little value are forced upon you. You cannot sell or remove them. Take up 15 or 20 spots and once you get to max level you are forced to watch a commercial for a useless item. They have multiple types of objects that combined, can end up taking 40 or 50 spots. Now you cant play the main part of the game because of it. Overall the idea is great. Allow me to remove any object i dont want, the game would be playable.

Awesome disappointment

I love playing the game as often as possible, however, there are a number of issues that I’ve been trying to get ahold of support and am wondering IF I’m gonna EVER get a response….. I can’t get the reward for one of the islands and every time I try to get in, I get a black screen (which forces me to reset), and before I came here, I was on their facebook page(I’m not the only disappointed customer). Games like this should be FREE & challenging but still allowing the player to have access to the different resources within their game itself. A number of players myself included do not want to have to PAY for the resources and it’s getting increasingly expensive (& difficult) to continue playing.

Frozen. Oct 26,2023.

The game was fun for a few months,but now it’s freezing on me. Today I played it for 10. Minutes., then it froze. I hate to delete the game, but if it’s not fixed, I’ll have too if I can’t play it. Hope you can address this issue.

Scam

This is a great game only problem is that when I get halfway through level 8 and stop playing for a while and start playing again it’s blank nothing there and I’ve had no way of saving the game. I’ve restarted the game 3 times and every time I get to the same point it locks up and just shows a white screen. This is all in one week. So now it’s time to find a new game by a different company have fun

Love this game but for the past month when you play then leave the game and you come back to play I t goes white won’t let you in unless you delete game then reinstall…. I have also had this game freeze when I was playing…. Very frustrating please fix these problems…..

New Review after support issues

I can’t access my original review so I am inputting a new one, if I can get to it at another time I’ll update that as well or delete it. I had lost all progress on the island in my game, and I hadn’t heard for Support. Well, the Support team did reach out to me and, while they weren’t able to restore my island, they did give me a generous amount of tools that will allow me to rebuild. I’m very happy with the resolution.

The game itself is quite enjoyable, it’s a great way to spend time when you want to just relax and take your mind off things. The storyline is fun and it’s not as difficult to progress as other games are if you choose not to spend coins.

It did take quite a while to get issue resolved, and I would normally knock off a star for that. However, based on when the emails hit my inbox, I’m guessing that they may be in a part of the world that has a lot of other things to worry about right now.

Stupid unavoidable ads!

The stupid 30 second ads make it so darn irritating it’s not worth the aggravation! It gets worse the more I play! The stupid ad icons block half the game screen! This could be a fun game if the devs weren’t so ad greedy.

Response to developers:
Some ads are absolutely unavoidable, as opening some chests IMMEDIATELY trigger 30 second ads with no warning and NO way to close them early. I will NEVER download ANY of the stupid apps shown in the ads!!!

Changing areas

I try to change areas but it keeps taking me back to the main one. I sent a review awhile ago but it never got addressed. I guess it’s time to delete the game. Not any fun if you can’t do things

Takes ages to get anywhere AND DISGUSTING PENIS AD

I do love the game but it takes forever to merge items. Trying to get the sleeping bag then haversack. I’ve got one haversack. But it takes so long to merge that it will take me forever to get two more haversacks. Plus you have to buy land with rubies. Again that takes ages as you just get two opportunities a day, by watching ads. Got several thousand blue gems but not being used. Wouldn’t it be better to expand land with blue gems rather than rubies? That would be quicker! And I absolutely refuse to spend real money on rubies or coins. I have real bills to pay and real food to buy in the real world. I’m amazed some people spend £100 on things in a game! Another thing…the cinema. I patiently endured ads in the hope of getting a golden chest. I was minutes away from receiving it when you go and change! And no, it wasn’t 11 hours. So, I patiently endured 25 ads to get the bucket of energy. Now everything is grayed out, for fifteen minutes now. I’m just ten ads away from the energy bucket. Not available. This is not good. If it’s not fixed I will ignore the cinema. Disappointing.

Updating this as I came across a horrible ad for a penis enhancer and this is in the game which you say is suitable for 4+!! Please remove this horrible nauseating ad!
