Didn’t record a 10 min walk, hard to navigate

I like that I can control my walk pad from the app and it has challenges, but I was trying to get to a challenge I joined and I find it very confusing and hard to navigate this app. As a previous web dev and an IT tech I feel like I should be able to navigate an app easily. Today, I walked for about 10 mins at 2.5mph and accidentally hit the stop on my remote (it was in my pocket, my arm hit my side), I was connected to the app via Bluetooth and wifi, just updated it, and it didn’t record my 10 mins data. I restarted the walk pad and continued for 15 mins and this is the only one it shows. I’ll rely solely on my Apple Watch instead to record my data

How can it work so poorly

Congratulations to PitPat for setting new records ou how buggy and cluttered an app can be.

For the love of god

Fix the health app sync

Very Challenging

Great App! I love PitPat! It’s exciting and motivating for me to use at home. The live interaction, cheers, and rewards encourage me to push through when I feel like giving up. The app. changed recently. There were a lot of complaints with various issues. However, PitPat listened and it appears they’ve resolved the concerns. If you desire a home fitness walking pad, you can’t go run with DeerRun (or any walking pad that utilizes PitPat). It’s an Outstanding Perk!!!

Bluetooth kicks off mid-race

The Bluetooth compatibility between your iPhone (even the iPhone 14) isn’t strong enough to stay connected through your entire race. When I am running for a $$ challenge, the Bluetooth connection is constantly lost mid race and doesn’t automatically reconnect. This causes me to have to start the entire race over and sometimes even multiple times. This is just ONE of the many problems with this app.

They should be embarrassed to release this

This app is nearly useless. Very few features, confusing, not user friendly. I’m struggling to figure out what it does to benefit me other than it’s the only way to track my distance other than the little lcd screen. $100/yr?! You have to be joking. There is no way I would pay any money for this. If it were free, it would be 2 stars maybe? This app seems like it was randomly generated by AI to look like a functioning app. Very disappointed and my only option for the Deerrun treadmill? I hope not because this thing is getting returned asap.

I would rate it as -1 if possible

It does a lot of useless things. But the only thing it supposed to do, which is to show how much I walked today, it doesn’t do correctly.

PLS LET ME LISTEN TO MUSIC

I’ve used this app a few times now and overall it’s just okay. The biggest drawback is that it doesn’t allow you to listen to your music while using the app. What kind of fitness app would do that?! 😭😤 Secondly, I wish the layout of the app were more organized. It’s sort of messy and not very pleasing to the eye. I do like the concept of the app and I think it has a lot of potential but definitely needs some work!

PitPat

This app is confusing and I just wanted to get in pad and have a step counter and mileage. App is difficult and very distracting. I just want to go on pad and walk I’m not a runner. I purchased to start moving. This app isn’t really built for me, just want to walk app

The worst app ever

This app CONSTANTLY popped up with wanting to connect to Bluetooth. I would usually just dismiss it and ignore it. But then one day the notification to use my Bluetooth popped up and would not go away. It froze my phone. I could not power my phone down. I could not access any other apps I could not unlock my phone the notification to connect to Bluetooth just sat there forever until my phone died. I have never been more furious in my life. Do not under any circumstances download this app.
